They recently did some work in our neighbours yard, used our driveway and lawn to drive their machinery over and park the dump truck to load dirt into without notifying us or asking permission. They are now saying the neighbour gave them permission to use our driveway, which was a lie as they never asked us permission either. Very unprofessional to pass the blame and still wondering if they are coming back to repair the lawn. We have started just driving over it as it was pure mud after they were here and is now a rut. I also have photos of them doing work and there was one small patch of snow, not 3 inches of ice.
