Have had a few keys cut here and every time it has been exceptional service. Very nice staff who seem to be quite knowledgeable. True professionals!

Just wanted to say thanks for a job awesomely done, I lost the keys to my Toyota 4runner, I didn’t think it was gonna be that big of a deal I found Toyota they said it was gonna be $190 approximately and I’d have to have it there at their shop so I had it towed penticton and toyota, I get an email later on that day saying sorry we have a challenge it’s going to be between $900 - $3000 .At that point I’d rather sell my truck LOL but I called Penticton lock and key, Rob gave me some great advice told me that he could probably record me a key and to meet me at the Penticton dealership where he fixed my car in probably 20 minutes or less for 136 bucks!!!It was professional great service, and I would highly recommend Penticton lock and key to whoever needs any lock and key work done:))

Rob was awesome. He was friendly, explained everything with our options, and was very honest with the locks he sold us. He installed it quickly and charged us a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful. They're usually pretty busy helping other customers in person or by phone, so don't be surprised if there's a bit of a wait. Fair prices, good selection, very knowledgeable.

Amazingly prompt and efficient service. We unknowingly locked ourselves out after hours and they picked up the call on the first ring. They're equipped with tech that he was able to read our lock and make a new key on the spot. We couldn't be happier to be back inside!

Had them come out to keromeos to cut and program a key for an RX8. The guy who came out kept saying he had no power to his machine. He never cut the key from the dealership or put the battery into the anti theft remote. It cost 260 for him to do nothing. I then ordered an obd to USB cord and went out there with my laptop. I put the battery into the anti theft remote and low and behold the orb port got power and within 5 min I programed my own keys. The locksmith had no idea what he was doing and it cost us 260 for nothing
