I was looking around for a good brows instructor in town, and I was so glad I chose Viola for my 1 on 1 ombré brows training. I learned so much in 3 days including brows mapping, color theory, safety, 2 technique, pre-care, after after etc. She was very patient and professional. She taught both machine and manual techniques which other instructors don’t do. She also offers multiple shadowing sessions which is so helpful in building confidence. I highly recommend Viola if you are looking to learn brows. She doesn’t hold back anything and will teach you all she knows in the industry. She will also become your mentor whenever you need support.

I always appreciate people who put a lot of care and effort into their work, and that is Viola. She really took the time to make my brows look as perfect as possible. I had pretty thick, and uneven eyebrows and she did her best to make it look even, and checking with me how I like the look and the shape. I can tell she is passionate about her work/craft and I'm really glad I have met her. Definitely recommend 10/10, thank you Viola! ❤

If you're looking to get eyelash extensions I highly recommend going to Viola! She's the sweetest and walks you through the entire appointment. She's very gentle on the eyelashes and provides amazing recommendations on curl, shape and length for the extensions. I love my lashes so much!

Had a great experience getting my brows done with Viola! She’s very personable, patient, and know what she’s doing. This is the first time I’m getting my eyebrows done and she made sure I was comfortable. She was very thorough with her process. She explained how the process will be, what I should expect before and after. I’m super thankful she was gentle and applied the right amount of pressure during the process. Viola is very passionate about her craft and she really takes her time to shape your brows, check, and recheck, and make minor adjustments. She explains to you what to expect for each and every step and put me at ease as it was my second time doing my brows (the first was 3 years ago and all faded). It was a very stress free session and I appreciate how patient she was with all my questions. Her daughter is super well-behaved and her home salon is very convenient, clean and bright. Had my brows done for the first time (ever) by Viola. I was quite nervous about the whole thing, but Viola was professional and patient, and explained each step of the process with me. She listened to what I wanted while giving me her professional opinion which I appreciated. I love the shape she drew for me and I'm excited for them to heal so I can see the final product!
