our main sewer line was plugged up and after spending all morning trying to snake it out I threw the towel in and called these guys. They showed up the same day and within 30 min were able to clear the line out. Excellent service and workmanship. Very polite unlike some other plumbing services I've tried and the work was done in a timely manner. Couldnt ask for more. The bill was a fair price also.

Vraiment déçu.J'ai fais déplacer mon père pour avoir quelqu'un à la maison et ne pas perdre une journée de travail ( Pour L'installation d'une sump pump ).Malheureusement, excuse par dessus excuse pour le retard.Mon père a attendu 3h pour rien.Pour me faire dire Je vais vous passez le premier demain ".Une chance que j'avais pas pris une journée de congé !Qui serais devenu 2 jours de congé....Peux pas perdre 2 jours de travail $$$ et en plus dépenser $1 200.00 pour une sump pump."

Excellent and courteous customer care. They were able to repair a broken evacuation pipe the same day I called and had all the necessary supplies on hand. Serge, the plumber, was quick, efficient and in good humor. Definitely recommend Desmarais!
