Near a decade ago we started renting trucks from this Ryder location.We've been a long time customer here for a good reason. They know what they're doing and take our business relationship seriously. They understand our needs as a company and always take whatever extra steps we need them too when it gets busy. Their diligence and hard work has helped our company greatly time and again. I had my truck #472814 that spent a month at this location getting basic warranty repairs done. I bought this truck June 29th and sent it here to fix problems within 2 days of ownership. I took it to get basic warranty repairs done at the Scarborough Ryder where I received terrible, slow and ineffective customer service. They attempted multiple fixes over 4 weeks for 1 overheating problem. They would return my truck and within 1 day the problem would return. Had to sent it to the dealer to rectify the problem. Out of the 3.5 months I've owned the truck, Ryder has been trying to fix my truck for 2 months. They gave me the constant run around and assurances they never even once delivered on. I've lost over $10k in revenue waiting for them. There is no communication, accountability or respect for their customers time and money. Their customer service makes Bell and Rogers look great. Buying a Ryder truck was a MISTAKE. They offered nothing throughout this ordeal to ease the pain of weeks and weeks without a truck. Which mind blowing because their business is renting out trucks. Be warned!

horrible! lazy staff, unorganized, don't care about customers, constantly giving people the runaround. Bad service too, never fixing the issue and the truck is back in service 2 weeks later.

Awful. If you're driving a Ryder unit and have issues with their truck, instead of just giving you a replacement truck and respect your time and get you on your way, they'll try to fix ON YOUR TIME rather than their time. Added 2hrs onto my 11hr run to fix wiring issues on THEIR truck on MY TIME. Giving me another truck (if they ever have trucks, which they never do) just isn't right in their minds I guess. I've dealt with other rental companies and they always switched me to another truck unless it's something small that can be fixed in minutes. It's a shame that this is the case more often.

WATCH OUT/DO NOT HIRE:NEXUS EXPRESS MOVING / PROVINCIAL MOVERSRYDER TRANSPORT & MOVING COMPANYHere's our story:First, we hired RYDER MOVING COMPANY to pick up our stuff from our self-moving truck that had broken down & been towed to a tow yard in Kamloops. They confirmed & took our deposit. For 3 weeks, the moving company kept missing the pick up date that we prearranged with the tow yard & kept rescheduling. They kept telling me they would pick it up in 4 days, over & over again. When they missed the pick up, they wouldn't call me - I would find out from the tow yard that they didn't show & I was having to call them. They guy I was dealing with at first was very helpful when I booked, but the following times I called, he was very spaced-out" & seemed out of the phone conversation. I finally told him that I was going to hire a different company to pick our stuff up & he told me he would refund our deposit. Week after week I called for the deposit refund

These people are amazing.Specially Martha and Margrate both are amazing. They make sure that your reservstion is done properly and go out of their way to arrange the truck for you even from other locations. We rent from them couple of times and same service all the time.truck is ready and clean on time. If you are looking for a business lease or rent they are the best.go there and see one of those two ladies and you will be amazed.
