Chef Hyde is making the best pasta in Calgary. Without question. All of Hyde's dishes are delicious, delicate and wholesome. I've eaten at Lina's Cucina twice now and my only regret is not visiting more often.

This is the best Italian food I’ve had in Calgary. Excellent pasta and high-quality ingredients. Ambiance is a little weird but I’ll definitely be returning.

Fantastic dinners at Lina Cucina, The carpaccio and the fennel salami were fantastic and the texture of the pasta perfect. The service was vibrant and friendly. We love the concept of the restaurant integrated in the market, the music and of course, Chef Chris and Dan :-)Update: We have been back to this restaurant 4 times. The quality of the ingredients remains and the dishes are consistently mastered. Flawless execution from the kitchen.

Don’t even think twice about it - book your reservation now! And book your second and third visit while you are at it. You will want to keep coming back here, the food is incredible. The truffle and ricotta egg yolk ravioli is the BEST THING I HAVE EVER EATEN. Order anything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed

Amazing food and amazing service!This restaurant isn't your normal restaurant. It seems to be a pilot project that's only open on Fridays and Saturdays after the market closes (19:30). There's limited tables so definitely recommend making a reservation. The chef's the only one in the kitchen so it's quite impressive to see quality food being served to each of the tables within a reasonable amount of time.Definitely a nice experience and probably one of the best service I have ever had from a restaurant. The food itself is scrumptious and presented beautifully. I can definitely see myself coming again with friends and family.Highly recommend giving this place a try; you won't be disappointed.

This is the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had Calgary. Really? Yep. The food was absolutely next level and everyone in my group loved it. The service was incredible. So friendly without being fake or over the top - a very familial sort of vibe. And the music spoke to my gen x soul. When was the last time I heard Nick Cave in a restaurant? An actual restaurant that also had the best pasta I’ve literally ever eaten? Never. The smiths! Devo! Joy division! Granny and Grampa loved the food so much they didn’t notice the music, and my husband and I were practically rolling on the floor with joy. Our 9 year old devoured the Eaton mess… go. Go! Go. Go. Go. Also the food. Go! The pici with corn and prawn emulsion… seriously go and tell everyone you know. Or maybe don’t so we can keep it to ourselves. The angliotti!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. This is not going to be an undiscovered gem for long. Highly recommend. I’m glad I remembered to photograph the pannacotta before I snaffled it

Top notch! An absolutely superb meal. Bravo, Lina's Italian Cucina! Interestingly, not only did the food win us over in a big way, the music we heard really surprised us - a lot of more underground, avant-garde pop / critically acclaimed post-punk stuff from yesteryear (that only the cool kids knew about - before the Internet!). Haha... On top of the excellent / personable service from staff and the chef (obviously a true artist) - it all multiplied into an unforgettable multi-sensory experience. Highly recommended. A+
