My wife and I cannot say how grateful and thankful we are to Jeno Yogan and his very professional team from DKI. We had a water leak in our kitchen that flooded our basement recently. We used our basement for storage and just could not comprehend what happened, how to deal with the situation, what actions to take, where to start etc. This was so stressful and overwhelming that put my wife through an emotional roller coaster. It was amazing how Jeno made us feel confident and at ease, assuring us that we are in good hands by walking us through step by step taking this huge burden off our shoulders on his very first visit and that meant a lot to us specially to my wife as her anxiety levels were very high. Jeno and his team were very accommodating, compassionate, courteous, easy to reach and profoundly professional. They worked with us to make sure that we are ok throughout the process and took great care of us making us feel there was a light at the end of the tunnel. This was very important to us and I would highly recommend Jeno and his team from DKI Mississauga to anyone in a stressful, upheaval of a disaster situation like ours. Thank you very much.

I'd like to start by stating that Al-care DKI went above and beyond my expectations. I dealt with one of their representatives; Jeno was an absolute pleasure to work with. My parents house had a roof leak and water poured right into the living room. One phone call is all it took for Jeno and his team to show up and handle the problem immediately and professionally. During Covid especially, keeping in mind the safety of my parents as well as his team, they came into the house fully prepared and explained and walked me through the process. We had a terrible water leak in the second floor washroom that left our master bedroom, living room and basement damaged to a great extent. Our insurance agent recommended Jeno from Disaster RX DKI to inspect the extent of damage and Jeno acted swiftly without wasting any time and took charge of everything. Jeno is very professional and honest! I submitted an insurance claim due to damage from hydrogen peroxide in the kitchen sink floor, and after sharing photos and the details of the damage he recommended that it’s not worth to go through insurance and explained to me in details what really need to be replace.Due to his explanation I felt confident to do it myself. For sure I will use his services in the future and I highly recommend him for any advice!Thanks

Being from the contracting world myself, I can truly appreciate a great professional service. Jeno and his team at DKI truly deserves all the flower. From the get go, dealing with Jeno was a breeze. He was very diligent in responding and kept me cool calm and collected throughout the whole process. Scheduling was fluid and his team completed the task in a short window span. We came home to an absolute disaster! The toilet tank line in our master bathroom broke and flooded our entire main floor and the basement. After speaking with our insurance agent they sent a company to help us out. Laura Stout from Disaster Rx showed up in a very short amount of time after our initial call. She took charge right away and had her crew in within a few hours with equipment to begin drying things out.Our floors, kitchen cabinets and many other finishes were destroyed and had to be removed. This was a very trying and stressful experience and Laura made us feel at ease with the whole process of restoring everything back to better then what we had. We now have a beautiful kitchen and floors. We were thrilled with the workmanship and the contractors that did the repairs. We would recommend Laura and her team hands down! So glad we called TD insurance and had our ensuite bathroom flood remedied by them and thier vendor Disaster Rx DKI Mississauga. PM Jeno Yogan and all his trades were professional, responsive, respectful and considerate of our needs and space. Working from home and having them help restore our living room ceiling and bedroom floor over the holidays and during another Covid-19 lockdown, we could not have had a more positive and reassuring experience.

The project manager, Laura was very helpful and responsive during the whole process of fixing and restoring our house from the water damage which was very stressful. Not only was the Disaster RX DKI team efficient but they were also very professional in whole process, the company did an excellent job installing the new floors & stairs. I am pleased and happy with their service and would definitely recommend for any restoration needs to my family and friends.
