It's not often I share or write reviews but this is one of those catalyst that has prompted me to start writing reviews for myself and for the other viewers to check when they do their research in need of questions or a service in regards to real estate in the location. With that in mind, calling this place for a question or inquiry because I want to retain their service is full of regrets.Eric is unprofessional over the phone. After calling to ask a question and told him what I was trying to sought after because I was unfamiliar with the area, he ask me what my occupation was. I told him my occupation and what I do specifically in real estate and he has the audacity to say he can't help me and hangs up completely. So disrespectful. If you're looking for a Realty and have questions, don't come here.

The Grey County Real Estate teams goes above and beyond to work with their clients and I've used them for several property sales. They are a well established firm, and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I have dealt with Eric or Graciela on numerous occasions. I come back for their knowledge of the area and their grasp of the local market. I also feel they can be trusted to look after me and my hard-earned finances. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Similar to another review here, my experience with Eric Robertson was so negative that I felt compelled to post it as a warning to others.My husband, two young children and I drove 2.5 hours to see a property in the Grey County area (in a snow storm). Our own agent met us there after confirming the showing with Eric Robertson directly. Upon arrival, we could not access the property. Eric neglected to provide the correct information to our agent to get into the lock box. We called Eric multiple times seeking his assistance but he refused to answer the phone. After waiting an hour, hoping to connect with Eric to no avail, my family and I left and went home having wasted 6 hours and a tank of gas.Ironically, Eric had sent my husband an email during the exact window we were trying to reach him, presumably because he perceived my husband's previous inquiry with his agency as a sales lead for himself. He ignored our calls for assistance while sending emails that would be beneficial to him personally. Clearly he was unaware that my husband was the same person trying to reach him to access the property we booked the showing for. My husband responded to Eric's email to advise of our situation, and Eric never responded. He completely ghosted us.The following day we contacted Grey County Real Estate directly to file a complaint, and ended up speaking to what appears to be his mother (Gabriela). She was full of excuses and demonstrated a similar level of flippant and disrespectful behaviour, even laughing at one point during the conversation. To her credit, she did send my husband a follow up email after our phone conversation extending her apologies for the poor experience we had. However, it has now been 72+ hours and Eric Robertson himself has not reached out to us at all to offer any apology or explanation for his unprofessionalism.Needless to say, our experience with Eric Robertson was extremely negative and disappointing. It's unclear how he can behave this way and remain in business.

Eric and the team at Grey County Real Estate we’re remarkably supportive in what can be a stressful process. Home owners rarely get enough practice at selling their homes to achieve the confidence needed, but Eric brings a calming confidence to the table. His marketing strategy, including best use of current technology, and a keen sense of where the market is at meant a win win for both the buyer and the seller. Truly a five star team.
