Merry Maids did an absolute fabulous job in my home. I hired them for a major cleaning as I was hosting something in my home. The girls were so pleasant and thorough. They cleaned places one doesn't normally think of cleaning (or can reach). I didn't ask them too, but they even cleaned the TOP of my cupboards!! I was so pleased with the job they did, that I hired them to do my mother's home.

The quality of the cleaning work is on par with what I expected. The maids usually show-up on time. I will be advised if they are running late which is usually weather related and totally understandable this winter.

Terrible cleaning service. Took all the details of the house on the phone prior to cleaning and gave us a price quote. On the day of the clean, they decided the house was too large and to clean the entire house, the price would triple. Ended up paying what was previously agreed upon over the phone with not even 50% of the house cleaned. Lastly, do not provide your credit card information as they will charge the bill directly to it after the service without informing you.

We have been using the services of Merry Maids for years now. They are efficient and can clean the house in a lot less time than me and they leave the house immaculate. I would appreciate having the same person or alternating between two people rather than circulating through six different cleaners. The cleaners are always open to constructive suggestions and if we only had to deal with two different people it would just make that all the more convenient. We would be able to have a better rapport with the cleaners. That being said, we are very pleased with Merry Maids.

We are seniors with health issues & in order for us to be able to live & stay in our home, we need help! In the beginning it felt so strange having ladies working in our home!! But when they leave, we look around & feel so happy that everything is shining! The bathrooms are gleaming!! Better than we could do at our ages! The kitchen floors, cupboard doors are clean! Baseboards throughout our home, clean. We can now just enjoy what we like & can do, & relax. The ladies so far have been very efficient, friendly, polite, helpful & willing to please us. We highly recommend Merry Maids if you are looking for qualified people to clean your home!!

Terrible is not a good way to review this company. If you are looking for a cleaning service, this company is not for you. I had Merry Maids Clean my house for less than 1 year....During that time I thought things were good and when I found little problems I was able to communicate with them and they would respond to my calls quickly.I had stopped their service because I was no longer working, and quickly discovered that they were not in fact cleaning" my house at all!Merry Maids will surface clean
