DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYDespite paying over $2000 for a bike and having trails near me that allow class three e bikes to ride on I'm told I'm not allowed a password to adjust my bikes speed settings...I'll indefinitely be returning the bike as you should be able to have access to somthing YOU OWN

We purchased the Elite3 and Elite3D for my wife and me and we love them. The assembly was very easy with the help of the instructional video. The bikes are really well equipped with everything from Led lights (front and back) to very sturdy from carrier and rat trap in the rear. The most impressive feature of all is the adjustable handle bars which can be set precisely to fit any rider.On our inaugural ride my wife’s bike performed perfectly. On mine the chain wouldn’t stay on the appropriate sprocket ie it would slip from one the other. This happened late on a Friday so I couldn’t contact Customer Support by phone so I texted them with my concern. In the meantime I went online and determined that the derailleur needed adjustment, which I did and it immediately fixed the problem. On Monday morning I received a reply text from CS suggesting that I take the bike to a local shop to get the derailleur adjusted and that with submission of the receipt I would be reimbursed. Very impressive indeed.I am so impressed with the overall design and everything seems to be adjustable.We are having so much fun riding and we have influenced 3 of our friends to get the same ones.We are also very happy to be dealing with a Canadian company.

If you ask me to rate the Bonaventure bike a few years ago, I would’ve given it five stars. I absolutely adore, riding his bike. However, after three years of light use in the summer, one of them is completely defunct with the motor issue after a regular spring tuneup at a Registered. I go repair shop. I reached out to the company and they just don’t even respond. You can try it yourself! These bikes are more expensive than other bikes on the market that have a much higher quality and more features. STEEER CLEAR OF IGO

I ordered an iGo certified pre-owned Core-Elite 3D at a good price. However, to my surprise, a week later, I received a different bike, a Quest bike from another brand. I complained to iGo about this and it took four weeks for them to pick up the wrong bike and send me the one I had originally ordered. I thought everything was resolved at that point. However, after riding the bike for about 10km, it started making a continuous rattling sound. Additionally, despite not changing gears, the sound of gear shifting kept occurring. I am considering requesting a refund. While it's possible that only the bike I received is defective, overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality.

I decided to buy Igo Ebike and ordered one. unfortunately because of my height I had difficulty to get on it and returned it. Then asked if they had same model step through one. Mr Dimitrios from support department found one and replaced my order. He was so kind and smoothly and timely managed my demand. I really liked the Ebike which I received. I do not recommend this company at all. There is absolutely no support after purchase. I have a battery problem and have not been able to resolve it. When you call support, the phone always hangs up. And the company has not provided a resolution through its online support system. I am increasingly uncertain that this company still exists (I purchased the bike recently through Costco). It is an odd and frustrating situation.

Bikes are okay, but the customer service is pathetic. Good luck if something goes wrong. Poor response and they send you only emails with troubleshooting steps with no pictures or guides on where to find the parts they want you to adjust. If you are not a bike expert, no hope of fixing it. They do not respond to emails and phone number is a waste of time. No one answers the phone. As long as the bike works, it’s fine, but the service is non existent. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere

iGo customer support is the best in the world. I had some issue with gear, brake pad and the customer support team dealt with it professionally and quickly and made me feel like a valued customer. Such a great company and a fabulous bike!
