Bought my condo from Thomasfield in Guelph. Little did I know that it would be an absolute nightmare. Not only did I experience multiple floods in my unit, but was told how they chose the cheapest items to install (was even told this by construction workers who were appalled). They also tried to take no responsibility for it, which it was because of the items they installed and the design of the building. To top it off, they pressured me into purchasing a parking space in the garage for $48,000 (Toronto prices, not Guelph) saying there weren't going to be any spaces left and that there will be no parking. Then 2 years in they are competing with renting out the spaces. If I knew I could rent I would have never purchased. Please please do yourself a favour and do not purchase from them. I would chose 0 stars if I could.

Had an amazing experience building with Thomasfield. They allow some small changes that really made the different with us really loving our new home. There were small things we noticed in our walk through, and by the next day, almost all were addressed. Highest recommendation.

Excellent builder wow! It’s the little things that really count. I have built homes with 3 different builders and they are by far the best. So much is included with their homes. They are not all about the cash grab like most builders are now a days. Very grateful. Thank you Thomasfield!

Sometime it’s better to build with a small builders then the big ones. Very disappointed with the insulation. My daughter complains that she couldn’t sleep because every time someone uses the washroom she can hear every single thing you do in the toilet. So imagine flushing the toilet!?

We’ve lived in our Thomasfield built home for 9 years now. The quality is second to none. The service and support was great and the buying process was fantastic. You simply can’t find a better home builder than Thomasfield!

My Husband and I have purchased six homes now with Thomasfield, and my husband's parents have purchased three. Thomasfield is the only builder for our family! Excellent designs, great quality, friendly and helpful staff across the board.

My partner and I built our first home with Thomasfield Homes Ltd. and they didn't disappoint! It was evident throughout the entire process that everyone at Thomasfield wanted you to be happy with your home. We had excellent customer service from all staff from beginning to end (i.e. the sales rep, the designer, the construction team, the contractors, etc.). Both Thomasfield and their contractors were willing to work with us and accommodate the changes/upgrades we wanted and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we asked for.Prior to closing our deal with Thomasfield, we did a lot of research and viewed a lot of other production home builder’s model homes and Thomasfield’s construction quality and layouts far exceeded other builders. Considering our home was built during the COVID pandemic which caused constant supply chain issues, labour shortages, work stoppages, etc., Thomasfield did an excellent job mitigating construction delays while maintaining high quality standards. The few deficiencies we do have are being dealt with in a timely manner and the Thomasfield team is very responsive.My parents, my brother and I have all built new homes with Thomasfield and we only have positive things to say, we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Thomasfield homes to anyone looking to build a new home.

Very low end homes. Poor construction quality, customer service is poor.Most of the neighbourhood is owned by people who work for the builder and received their house at a discount (they got to finish the homes partially themselves).Most “premium lots” are sold long before they’re even available for sale publicly due to inside sales to employees. Several homes owned by the builder’s employees have already been sold at an astronomical profit. Seems like this builder prioritizes laundering money.I would not buy a house from this builder again and do not recommend them.

We purchased our home in Breslau earlier last year. I have never purchased a new home before, but I have friends who have. When we compared notes, and when we had them over for the first time, it came apparent to me how appreciative I should be for our Thomasfield home. We have had very minor issues (it seems every new home has a few things to be fixed after closing) that were promptly dealt with (thanks to Adam). Another nice touch was how clean our house was when we moved in, it felt like a true brand new home, and not a leftover construction site from what I have seen with my friends. Bravo to Thomasfield. I am very excited to call this our home and excited to see the community grow.

We built our home with Thomasfield over 5 years ago. It was a great experience working with them. In late December 2022 there was a major snowstorm in Grand Valley with high winds where some snow got into our garage's ceiling (we are living in a bungalow), and this created some damage where the ceiling's drywall got damaged.Adam Day from Thomasfield came for an assessment within days and fixed the whole thing without charging anything. This was way out of warranty. Not only he took care of the issue, but Thomasfiled even booked an insulation company to provide the extra layer of protection to the garage's ceiling, which is out of the standard code. Adam even took the damaged drywall to the dumpster when everything was done.When you have some of the Thomasfiels staff living in your neighborhood it assures that your neighbrhoors/builder are part of the community. As opposed to the very big cookie-cutter builders, Thomasfield cares about its clients. All of my neighbours are highly satisfied with Thomasfiels homes, the houses are beautiful and our community is thriving. We are very grateful to live in a high-quality and beautiful home. We have an engraved stone in our entrance with Thomasfield's logo and we are very proud of owning a home by Thomasfiled. It's a trademark of quality and care. You don't need to think twice if you are considering going with this builder!
