Today, I picked up my 2018 RS5 from Auto Primo!! I cannot describe how happy I am and I can thank Sam and Sylvana for that!From the very first phone call, I was treated with respect and never left without any updates. They made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Sylvana was able to get my financing setup without a hitch. Sam made sure everything was in order before I arrived from Ottawa. Allaround..a great experience. 5-star service!

The employees at Auto Primo worked very hard for me and with the banks to achieve what I was looking for. They went above and beyond for me and while we were unable to come to an agreement I highly recommend their service, and look forward to potentially doing business with them in the future. I am also out of province, they speak both excellent English and French and were very accommodating.

The service at Primo Auto was excellent! From Jad to Sylvana to Robert, everyone took the time to listen to my needs and they went above and beyond to meet them! Picking up my vehicle was seamless, and everything I had asked for was done! I love my new Subaru Crosstrek and I would highly recommend buying from Primo Auto!

Just traded in my car Honda crv for a Honda pilot.. Jad had made a great deal for both of the cars. Sylvana explained each and everything for the insurance in a very detailed manner and was easy to understand! Great hospitality, they treat you with soo much respect. It was a pleasure dealing with this company at this location! Thanks a lot guys
