As a Mexican I give it 2 starsQuesada is the Subway of burritos. Same operating principleService is OK (it's a chain restaurant, after all) and the food is average, it does not stand out.The atmosphere is grim on a Saturday afternoon. Empty dark place that makes me consider suicide while having lunch

Great place for burritos and tacos so much better than other burrito places in downtown. Definitely worth the money based on the portion size.

Summary: I ordered a large and got a burrito the size of a popcan.Context:This used to be my favorite burrito place. I live in the area and I'd buy here several times a week. Usually the staff is on point and I'd often tip. Today I ordered my regular (a large burrito) and got a tiny burrito wrapped in a large pita.I pointed out to the staff that that wasn't a large and referenced the size chart they had. They gaslit me into thinking that the size chart is not meant to be a size chart. We're all struggling with inflation but this is not the way to deal with it. People know when they're being ripped off.I'm leaving this review in case the boss is reading and he/she explicitly told the staff to cheap out on toppings. I''m gonna give them another shot at some point, but if this is the new policy, I guess I'll end up taking my business elsewhere.I'm leaving two stars instead of one, because the staff is usually courteous and they may just be following orders from corporate.

I visited this place, most recently during the May sales event. Ordered two spicy chicken burritos, one with refried beans and another with beans. Took a few minutes to make and grill.The staff were responsive, the location is nice, close to St Andrews cathedral but the tables and the floors are not very clean.The one on Wellington is better kept.

Great spot for a fast lunch option. This location has (finally)reopened and has been refurbished after being closed for almost a year. The staff are friendly and the portion sizes are way more generous than that Chipotle place.Download the app for points and free burritos. No fountain drinks at this location.

Vegetarian burrito is always tasty. I like the salsas that they offer. People here are always super nice. Good price for the amount of food there is in a small portion. I often come back here.

I ordered a Quesadilla. It was horrible and sloppy. It didn't taste anything like Quesadilla. The contents were falling all over and soggy. The facility was also dirty. The only good thing was a side of sour cream which is the only thing I ate. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I love Quesada! The ingredients are mostly not cooked in oil and there are very few additives. Vegan and vegetarian are easy options. They have so many toppings that are always fresh and the portions are very generous! The churros are so delicious and the staff are always friendly! Highly recommend!!

This is the large bowl and it looks almost the same as the regular one. This is my 3rd time ordering this size and each time the portion gets smaller and smaller.Next time I’ll order the regular and will post picture of how full the portion is...this is absurd!!!
