Leaving a review here since there was no customer survey offered/available. Went over there to pick up an order, terrible service.There was three staff working, all behind the service counter. One was helping a customer while the other two kids were chatting away. I stared and tried to get their attention, very clearly needing assistance but they simply ignored me. As customers entered, they barely had any effort to greet them.I work in retail as well and this is just really bad behaviour. Zumiez should train their staff better.

Enjoyed my visit and Luke(hope I'm spelling it right) was just outstanding he even help me find a board for my daughter and provided me with the extra discount on additional protect gear. I cant say enough he really did his thing thanks bro.

I came here to buy a backpack. Staff was not helpful, very lazy, and had an attitude. And when we bought the bag he forgot to take the security tag off. We didn't notice until we left the mall and went back to our car. We had to go all the way back and showed them. the guy didn't say anything, took the bag, took off the tag and gave it to us! If the alarm went off we would have been in trouble because of this guys laziness. Unacceptable.

I did curbside pickup and the worker (Kris) was so sweet! I also love the little details and doodles they added to my order sheet thanking me for my purchases. Absolute sweetest staff with greatest recommendations

I was looking for a bucket hat, the lady who assisted me did a great job- she saw I was looking for something, asked if I needed help and assisted me with creating an order online for a nike futura bucket hat! They didn't have it in store but she had it shipped to my home. I unfortunately never got her name but she had brown skin and reddish hair.Thanks for the help! :)

i did not like how i was pressured into signing up for their rewards program. the girl cashing me out also made a snarky comment because i said it was too complicated for me to sign up at the time and made me feel bad about it when i know i shouldnt if i didnt wanna do it.
