The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a cheap good pair of running shoes for the granddaughter as she goes though them fast either she wears them out or outgrows them. I took 4 pairs home and return all 4 and bought 2 others and no complaints they where happy to do the return and sell me other ones.

Two young girls working in the shoe department were extremely rude and disrespectful, i came in to buy a new pair of sneakers, i waited patiently seeing as they were a bit busy and i get it, after waiting one girl walked past me and gave me a very rude glare, rolled her eyes and walked away, i was shocked to say the least, i’ve never met a more entitled human being in my life, if you don’t like helping people out, don’t work in sales.

We had the best experience at our last visit to sport chek east.We were looking at bikes and the staff -mainly Tanner .. was very knowledgeable and engaging. He went above and beyond!!!! The front counter staff were also very helpful.They definitely get a 5 from me .... I am a fan.

Way better service than the Southland Mall location (See review) Went there 3x and each time I got exceptional service from the footwear and cashier department. Very happy with the service I received today. Too bad I can't remember their names. For my footwear needs I will shop at Sport Chek Victoria Square.

I was among about 5 customers in the store and couldn't get a Sportchek employee to help me find a pair of running shoes. Seems common at this location, maybe service is better elsewhere.

Excellent staff. The people working down in the sports section were super welcoming and helpful. They always made sure I was making out all right and gave me multiple product options to choose from. Great work! The store was also really clean which made for a much better experience. Overall great place to shop.

Honestly I’m upset. I called them and asked if they had any of a specific product and brand and after being on hold for 5 minutes they told me they have products and in my size. I drive 20 minutes to get here and can’t even find a single jacket with that brand let alone in my size. Would have appreciated if the lady would have just been honest with me. Everyone when I got to the store was kind though.
