Service Manager contacted me directly to ensure issues we have had regarding vehicle’s entertainment system were resolved. Manager and staff reviewed the issues. All issues resolved with great and friendly service. Yes, there have been issues, but overall, my family has been happy with sales/service from this dealership.

Tipping my hat to Shane, George and the Service Team go the extra mile. Quality customer service, attention to detail and ensured my car was back on the road asap. I have had consistent experience on previous visits and Shane and his crew do their best despite all the pressures and demands of running an auto full service shop and the importance of building and sustaining good customer relations at Dilawri Barrhaven. I went in for a regular maintenance and oil change and the experience was fantastic all made possible by George the advisor. That said, George called me an hour later that I needed new rotors and brake pads. He walked me through the process and explained the reasons for the need to change the brakes( brake pads and rotors) which helped me to make a decision and gqo ahead with the change and pricing was competitive. Overall all staff are friendly which added to the great experience .

Took my Jeep compass in beginning of may, they had it for 23 days, it took them 2 weeks to contact someone from head office to figure out what could be wrong with my Jeep. There was no communication with us from the service tech, I had to keep calling and he would say I’ll go ask what’s going on and every day I would recall George at closing to get any information about my car and he’s like oh yeah I was going to call you.I got quoted 3-4 days for a part to come in and it was over and week and 2 days for it to come in. And I would call to see same run around no communication at all from them.This is the worst dealership ever to deal with, not even sorry about it taking 23 days and them having no idea what’s wrong with my car. I emailed their costumer service no reply from them either.When you buy your car there you expect them to be able to fix the cars they sell. I will never take my car back there or buy any car from this dealership again. Very disappointed on costumer service

I just purchased a used car from them, and the experience was amazing! Edgar from sales went above and beyond to make sure he found me a car that not only met all my expectations, but exceeded them. He kept all his promises, and was super easy to reach; (he's even pick up the phone on his days off and after closing). I never once felt I was being cheated; he is truly passionate and committed!Alex from financing also helped put a cherry on top!

Bought BMW 2019 from here. It refused to start the next day. Although they said they have 30 days warranty on the cars they sell but they refused to even get near to the car.Then I saw reviews and tried to contact on the email ID they ask everyone to contact on, received a reply that someone will contact me. I thought maybe this is it, now they might make things right. But guess what nobody contacted.The moment you walk out of that door with a purchase, you are on your own. Buy only after thorough inspection no matter what they say about their in house experts.Edit 1: I have already mailed on the given email on 7th March without any response from your side. These automated replies are not good.

Unfortunately, we have had less than stellar experiences with the sales team at this location. They over promise and under deliver. The will tell you almost anything to get the sale!UPDATE: they include zero paperwork when buying your vehicle. Just hand you a cheque and have you sign over your ownership. Nothing to confirm they will actually pay out the lease? They will tell you it is worth way less, fight you on what they will offer you, then within a couple of days, list it for way higher after insisting they wouldn’t list it for that price. Even though we gave them nearly new winters on rims and a soft top with our Jeep, they decided to list it high and NOT include those in their listing. We were mislead l by the sales team in the beginning and again by them when buying it back. Don’t shop there.Don’t bother reaching out to customer service, no one reads those emails and no one at the dealership has any idea who is actually responding to these reviews.

The staff here are all great. They ensured my vehicle trade went smooth and were more than accommodating to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I had the pleasure of working with Alex and Abbas and would definitely recommend contacting them if you are in search of a new vehicle!
