My husband and I both grew up in the French River area and our families still live there as well as in the Greater Sudbury area. We left the area for work following our graduations from University. We both had great careers and two grown daughters. We started talking about moving back home" at retirement but decided that there is no time like the present. We applied for jobs and decided that we would move if we could get new positions in Sudbury. We choose Lake City Realty because we were referred by friends of ours. We worked with Kate Nelson

Kate was incredible to work with! You would think that she had been a real estate agent for 20+ years with her knowledge and helpfulness during the process. Kate went above and beyond when looking into homes that we were interested in and worked hard to get us into showings quickly but around our busy schedules. After losing out on many houses due to the crazy market, Kate helped keep our spirits up which eventually led to us finding our dream house. When our 97 year old father moved into a retirement home, the task of selling his house fell upon us. We are so thankful to have had Kelly walk us through the process and answer all of our questions. Kelly went above and beyond our expectations. She not only updated the home with fresh paint and new light fixtures, she staged the place beautifully. Kelly was readily available and kept us updated on both showings and the open house. It was truly a pleasure to work with Kelly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or to work with her again.

David and Lake City Realty are simply fantastic. After more than 2 yrs we found a home that finally 'checked off the boxes'. He navigated us through the craziness of the Covid/pandemic housing market (not an easy feat!).
