October 2021. 4★ step inside and a brightly lit clean store with aisles of toys awaits. It's the ideal setting for a kid and is almost reminiscent of a Christmas storyline. Mastermind's store layout is pretty much the same everywhere. Head office certainly does a good job. They have a great selection of toys and some hard to find items. Staff is nice. Lots of different sections for young kids to older kids. A good selection of Lego. Good selection of crafts and books. On-site gift wrapping available.Plenty of parking.

Small store but still variety of toys to choose.Christmas wrapping service available here.They have baby toy , lego series, books , bikes, toddler educational toys, family fun toys..They use to have more educational toys but now just few items..Plenty of parking always.

Bit pricy but high quality toy selection. Kiddo loved Dinosaur collection. I wish they offered better discounts or a loyalty program of some kind.

Store management should pay attention to the fact that half of the products do not have price tags and it is very difficult to stand in line just to find out the price, which may not fit the budget. My child really wanted a globe, there were 4 and none had a price on them and we had to wait in line as there were no employees around to find out the $230~ price which did not fit our budget. Then another 30% of the items had no price that we looked at but we didn't have time to go ahead and back in line to stand in line. Plus the child is sad . I conclude that the store management does not value customer time.

Horrible service! A young woman called Makenzie forced me to wait in line twice and still didn't help. I ended up leaving the store.Also even though I spent more than $100, I was not given the adverse discount.This is the closest store to me but the service is not acceptable. And I will not be going back.

They were following me around like I was going to steal. I was having a good time looking around but this lady kept following us. At 10.29am may 25 at least be subtle
