I had purchased an Ecobee but upon installation, realized I was in over my head. Gave these guys a call, and was immediately able to set up a time for an installation. We had a Google Nest thermostat installed. We had problems installing the device previously by ourselves, so we reached out to Bullet Proof Heating & Cooling and they were sure they could get it up and running, and they were right! Our technician was Scott, he was on time, masked, knowledgeable, and very friendly! He was able to resolve our issue quickly by finding a rogue wire tucked in the wall. After he installed the device, he helped pair the device to our smart home app to make sure everything was working accordingly. Scott even called us a week later to make sure everything was continuing to function as intended. Would definitely recommend Bullet Proof Heating & Cooling, we were happy we chose them! Near the end of 2021 I needed a new AC unit, humidifier, and thermostat.Bullet Proof Heating & Cooling provided me with a number of different pricing scenarios for a variety of products and configurations and were ultimately able to work with me to find a price that was within my budget.Their (especially Bulut!) flexibility and responsiveness were a huge help for me as I hadn't yet moved into my new home and was living outside of the city.The installers did a really clean job and I couldn't be happier.

Both my father and I have used Bulletproof for several things ranging from AC unit repair, furnace diagnostics and to discuss leaking air ducts. They are responsive and trustworthy, helping at often inconvenient times and not immediately going to ‘purchase a new one from us’. Rather, will help you solve a simple problem which a cost effective solution! Highly recommend.

The first time I used these guys was back in August when I was having an issue with my AC after purchasing my home. They hooked me up with a wifi controlled Ecobee system, making my home easier to regulate both at home and remotely. I was impressed with the customer service throughout the job - they walked me through the rebate process with the Ecobee thermostat, and due to them arriving a little late for the job, they even offered a slight discount compared to their estimated price. I recently just called them again for a furnace issue, and one of the owners helped me troubleshoot over the phone and sent me detailed photos and descriptions of parts to buy at Canadian tire to fix the issue. I was expecting an invoice at the end, but the owner told me he was happy to help me get my furnace up and running and didn't even charge. Very rare customer service from this type of company!

I received 3 quotes, both for a lot of money (in the thousands) and was told it will take a few weeks to fix.I called Bullet Proof, they came out twice and had it fixed within a week, for a fraction of the price.The technician felt the issue was not as severe as the other companies were saying and he was right.Highly recommend these guys.I dealt with Scott who was fast and friendly and great customer service

Bullet Proof Heating was absolutely fantastic when my furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. I called so many places trying to find help and all were busy, didn't service boilers or said they would call back and didn't. Bullet proof connected me with Bulut right away, who was so professional and patient and walked me through the fix. My house is warm again and the day is saved, thanks to Bullet Proof Heating. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Couldn’t speak anymore highly of this company!Back in October our furnace gave out and BulletProof came to the rescue. They were very professional and provided al the information needed to purchase the new furnace.Months later thermostat wasn’t working well and they were on top of it asap!Every individual we have to spoken with has been exceptionally positive and polite! Techs are considerate and friendly!Would highly recommend them!!

Reached out to Bullet Proof to look into the cost for a new furnace and A/C with the current rebates in Ontario. Experienced poor service from the technician in my home and it’s been 10 days since they sent someone over and they’ve failed to give me a call back with a quote.The technician left the doors off of my furnace after checking it out which apparently turns off the power to your thermostat (I later found out after giving them a call to determine the problem).There was nothing wrong with my systems before they came into my home. When I called them to report the issue with the thermostat, the customer service representative connected me to the head technician who said “from the notes I see, you were having issues with your furnace and A/C so we sent a technician to check it out”. He spoke over me as I attempted to correct him as there were previously no issues, I just called them in to get a quote on an upgrade to high efficiency systems.After hearing me out, he said he’d give me a call back within the hour and would send someone over to my house that night as it was a 30 degree day and the A/C wasn’t working… 2 hours later, I hadn’t received a call back. I gave them a call and they said they didn’t have technicians available to come out that night anymore.Luckily, I mentioned the poor service with the in-home technician and that he had left the doors off of the furnace. After the customer service rep called another technician, they identified that was likely what was causing the issue. Popped the doors back on and everything was working fine.I’m generally just annoyed with the whole experience and bringing someone into my home for zero turnaround. Would have been nice to get a quote after all the disruption.
