So this will be the first time that I write a negative review on a retail location. My boyfriend purchased a pair of shoes for himself at this location. There was a promotion going on that if you buy a pair of converse, you get the second one at half off. He decided to surprise me with the second pair.Unfortunately the pair was off by half a size. The sales person did tell him that the shoes would be final sale, so I understand that it is irritating that I phoned to ask to exchange them for a different size. The manager, however, would not budge. I understand that she told him it was final sale, but I am not returning the shoes. I am simply exchanging 20 minutes after the purchase. It has not even been an hour between the purchase and my typing this. There was a half size up in a different colour, but the manager told me that there was not to shut me up.I just find it sad that we wasted $30 and that you guys lost two clients, when we could have exchanged the pair at zero loss on your side. I have worked in retail from Arden to Holts and honestly, there is always something that can be done. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

They have the best and biggest selection of Converse of any stores! Always super friendly staff. Converse is all I wear, love them and love this store!

We spent an afternoon here with our daughter picking out shoes for my birthday. The staff was SO lovely and helpful and even let us bring our puppy in so my husband didn't have to stay outside. In the end we each bought a pair only to have my husband accidentally leave the bag behind on the metro. We went back to the store and they were so sympathetic and took down our information in the event that someone returned the shoes to their store. Someone ended up returning them to the lost and found at the metro. We live in Toronto and had already left Montreal. They were willing to pick them up on our behalf and ship them to us. Next level customer service. These guys are all angels. And the shoes are awesome too ;)
