Recently I did shopping for Mother’s Day from Paris jewellers at Londonderry location and I must say I was truly satisfied with the customer service Shanaya provided. Not only she provided excellent customer service she was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the diamonds, stones, white gold, gold, silver etc. Thank you Shanaya will definitely inform my family and friends about my outstanding experience at Paris Jewellers.

Took a silver bracelet to get sized down. The jeweller was too busy walking around the mall while I was waiting for him to come in the store to take measurements.When I received a call/text to come back and pick up the piece, it was still unfinished and seemed in awful shape, it wasn’t polished and very scuffed up. Of course when I pointed it out the jeweller again was too busy walking around the mall. After waiting about 20-30 mins for the jeweller to come back, the jeweller was annoyed that I had pointed out the defects still remaining from the alterations (which are still noticeable till now). To add insult to injury, the bracelet is still too big and the piece that I had asked to be removed wasn’t.The manager was nice and understanding, however the jeweller himself was very unprofessional, and didn’t really seem to care too much about his job.I highly advise anyone to not go there for repairs and go somewhere else even if it costs more.
