Honestly one of the worst Tim's in Nanimo. The morning staff has seen better days. Its obvious theyre trying their best but they are underpaid and overworked. They are always out of hashbrowns and the donut selection is very limited.

Honestly, the two stars are only for the two gentleman that were helping at the window. The woman who took our order in drive-thru was unprofessional and despite having repeated our items multiple times for her she still missed one. When we asked about it after not receiving it she answered that she didnt charge us for one with what felt like a bunch of attitude. We offered to pay at the window- she turned her back to us and hung her arm out the window with the debit machine and handed us the bottle of iced tea the same way then walked away.I understand it can be busy, but the two gentleman ringing in the missed drink and handing us the rest of our order were much kinder in 20 seconds than she was the entire time.

Food and service was great, I go here often and have never had any problems. Would recommend going here for breakfast sandwiches or farmer wraps

Do a delivery yesterday of 8 donuts. We really just want the 2 Boston creams. But we received 8 donuts WITHOUT the Boston cream. And this donuts was not good at all!!!Use to get some for the office meeting so I know what it’s suppose to taste!Here tasted like old cakes

Inside service is usually wonderful, but drive through tends to be a different story. I hate to post negative, but I have not had one positive experience through the drive-through. It’s usually very rushed, more than any drive-through I have ever been to. Always have butter all over the outside of the packaging of bagels, same as sandwiches. I always have to asked for a hot sleeve for my tea, any other Tim Hortons just automatically puts it on because they know the hot water is so hot. Unfortunately, just not a great experience.

They never get the orders correct even after slow simple explanation... oh and it's a real joy to have homeless inside and the laser things ar your tills greeting your customers eyes as you walk through the door.

I have breakfast every morning here.Today 10 minutes ago I had bagel, I had a hair inside it.I just vomited my right now, if you are particular with your hygienic never buy from this site.Staff never does what they are asked to.Also, we have a lot of Tim in the island buy from any other Tim, till the owner change the staff and give them proper training, including their manager.Their manager name Saurav as they told.I request the owner and higher management to get their staff changed and give them proper training as they do wear the gear gears and nor they wear gloves.This extremely poor serviceTechnically I have really really short hair and it can’t be mine but yes they made my day worst

Ok, I was in a rush and know that this store sucks but decided to give them a go again. I'm lactose intolerant and asked for almond milk. Didn't realize and now I'm in a lot of pain. Thx again.. Will not be coming to this store again. Honestly, you shame Tim Hortons brand by calling yourself a Tim Hortons.Do better!

The rest room here has NOWHERE to put your purse- no hooks, no shelf, sink area was too wet to set anything down. I had to put my purse on the floor - disgusting. Not impressed Tim Horton's.

this tim hortons is the worst one in nanaimo. the workers are so preoccupied with their DT timings that they are rude and make things incorrectly. every time i go there my iced coffee tastes like it has 0 sweetener in it.
