Apple Guildford Town Centre

Awful location! They are all trained to be the least helpful as possible. Even if you have Apple Care, they would rather waste your time and go out of their way to not help you! I’ve some here several times since it’s opened and I’m always faced with rude employees that couldn’t care less about you, your products or customer service. Don’t give them your business!The most profitable company on the planet and their greed always outweighs their respect to the people that supported them.

If you know where to find better service please let me know because the experience I received at this location is next to noneI had the pleasure of dealing with Jericho who diagnosed my issue and then ordered my the correct board. In the meantime he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Day before yesterday, I encountered an unfortunate incident where my phone had broken, and I urgently needed to purchase a new iPhone. Despite getting off work late, I rushed to the Apple Store, determined to make my purchase before closing time. I arrived at the store within minutes, demonstrating my commitment to acquiring an Apple product.To my dismay, the sales executive at the store made an issue out of the fact that only 10 minutes remained before closing time. I was shocked by their lack of empathy and understanding, especially considering that my arrival was well within the remaining time. It was a matter of mere minutes, and yet the sales executive displayed an unwillingness to assist me.As a customer, I expected better treatment and a more accommodating approach from an esteemed company like Apple. The sales executive's behavior was not reflective of the exceptional customer service that Apple is known for. Instead, it left me feeling undervalued and disrespected.

The staff at the Genius Bar are SO helpful. My sister was getting her screen replaced and she had paid for apple care through Telus monthly. Telus provided no record of this making it challenging. The Genius Bar staff fixed the issue and even kindly covered the deductible.

Only real complaint is the prices and Canada's lack of selection compared to US Apple Stores.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really nice being able to pay any of the employees instead of waiting in line at a til.

I brought my used iPhone 11 Pro into the Genius Bar. They told me they couldn’t replaced the battery because it was third party. That was a LIE, I ordered a battery and opened it up myself to change it was a genuine apple battery. So they lied to me, even tho I was ready to pay 90$ for new battery. Garbage. Watch was a lemon out of the box. Too many visits to various apple stores, sent away for repair with no resolution. Manager said they will not do anything and I am welcome to use the phone as well as blaming me for buying the watch from a non Apple Store. Do not buy products from this garbage company.

They have enough staff to accommodate right away. I went without appointment and they still saw us with in 10 min. They have good inventory of phones as well. We end up buying a new cellphone too.

When the screen on my iPhone finally gave up after being dropped too many times I was directed to go to the Apple store in Guildford mall. As I walked in there was plenty of staff around to help and the Genius Jason was very helpful. He clearly explained what they were going to do to repair my phone and took the time to make sure my data was protected before any work was performed. I am very pleased with their service and I wouldn’t hesitate to return

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse and find products. The only drawback is occasional overcrowding, but overall, it's a great place for all Apple needs.
