A Vista Villa Couples Retreat

This was the most beautiful, intimate wedding that we could ever dream of. Josee's place is exceptional and her touch to the very last detail is beyond brilliant. It truly surpassed all of our expectations.

Vista Villa was absolutely fabulous!! We came for our anniversary and our stay was nothing short of perfection. The room was great - clean, big, matched the photos, etc. The property was beautiful. Everything was personalized and Josee and Andrew did everything they could to make it perfect. Upon arrival, you're greeted with a welcome drink - just adds a fun touch. We bought many of the extra packages Vista Villa offers and they were all great! Josee makes amazing food and the view from the upstairs lounge is awesome. We left Vista Villa feeling relaxed and happy with our stay - not a single complaint. We strongly recommend this B & B, best we've every stayed at and definitely better than bigger resorts (quiet, private, personalized, etc.).

My husband and I have spent a glorious few days enjoying everything about this stunning B&B…our room was spacious, private, and beautifully appointed. The service and food is top notch. Josee goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely amazing. We thankyou for being so gracious, and we plan to return again and again. Without a doubt this litlle gem is a MUST visit. 10/10…

I celebrated my wedding at A Vista Villa last summer. The venue is absolutely stunning, we received so many compliments on it, and working with Josée and Andrew prior to the wedding was very positive, everything we wanted done was possible, and they promised to handle all the details. Overall, our wedding was beautiful, however, there were several things we were promised that were missed that would have made the day that much better. It seemed that the venue was understaffed for a small wedding (we had 25 guests) and inexperienced in handling wedding basics, such as the limitations of the officiants they could provide. Food was not made available as I had requested and during our meal someone went into the bridal suite and moved some of our things resulting in some critical items going missing, there were thankfully found the next day. Photos of our wedding and guests were also posted online without anyone asking for our permission, although after I asked, they were removed, and items we were billed for were not all provided as expected. Additionally, our parents were unable to receive toast for their breakfast, use their designated parking spot for their rooms (they were already in use by guests of the owners), and were left without keys (and unaware they needed any) to leave the venue the morning of checkout. Based on my experience, if you are a bride considering A Vista Villa for your wedding I would say go for it, the location is stunning, but be vocal if privacy is important to you, consider breakfast out the following morning or ask for your eggs benedict a day early (we received breakfast burritos we heated up in the toaster oven), hire a photographer not the venue, and if you are a bride that wants certain things made available for guests, food out on time, and details considered I would highly recommend a wedding coordinator to ensure everything is communicated and followed through. Overall, for us it was a let down, our guests did have a positive experience, but if staff had delivered upon their promises, it could have been so much better.

Had the pleasure of spending 2 weeks at A Vista Villa while we were waiting for our new home to be finished. Josse was an amazing host. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool and the hot tub were very clean and nicely heated. The view of downtown Kelowna and lake Okanagan were spectacular. This is a first class bed and breakfast and a great alternative to the the busy hotels and their continental breakfast. Stay here, you will be happy you did!

Josee has created a warm and inviting environment. I came to recuperate after surgery . I do not know how I would have made it through the first while without her professional support. I hope to come back to Kelowna as a visitor to enjoy her Villa and pool oasis.

Husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was a pleasant surprise. The view is to die for. Wonderful owners very accommodating. When we stayed in (September) it was quite, pool was warm. We can’t wait to come back one day soon.

The owner is such a wonderful host. My wife and I had such a good time here. Lovely rooms, great pool with a stunning view of the valley. Such a relaxing experience.
