Cashier in the front very rude and the in charge guy of the store (responsable) VERY impolite and unprofessional. Horrible…They must be trained for customer service specially how to interact with clients.This takes first place in every business.

Really slow service. No matter what day or time (unless you call first thing in the morning) , very hard just to get through to speak to pharmacy technician. It is possible that this jean coutu has a very high volume of customers but nonetheless, get more employees and adapt to such circumstances. It shouldn't be this hard to get or refill prescriptions . That being said, they always have my brand of drugs in stock, there are other pharmacies that run out all he time when it's your time to get a refill and or change brands on you for wtv reason , so as far as that goes they're really good up until this point .

Have switched since moving but it is always way too busy and seems like they are low in staff so the wait time for prescriptions are always 20min wait EVEN when you make an order by phone and it should be a quick pick up. Highly recommend going to another pharmacy for your prescriptions. Will be transferring mine to Uniprix.

Parking awful (Adonis right next door) They need to relocate. Go to the other end of the mall. Pharmacy service, terrible. Ppl are nice… there’s lots of staff but it take 30-45 min to get your prescription. Staff is nice, store is clean but unfortunately transferring out to across the street.

Horrible experience. Do not come here. I had strep and was suffering very badly, I came to pick up my prescription and I had to wait in TWO lengthy lines to be told by both workers that they did not have anything under my name, just for them to then miraculously find it. Waited an hour with nowhere to sit just for my prescription. They’re clearly very incompetent and no one seems to know what’s going on. Will be switching from this pharmacy, it was a nightmare.

Apparently the consumer laws do not apply to them. They said it applied other places but not Jean Coutu. I took two of the same item and when I reached the cash the price had error. The sticker was wrong and since it was not the same bar code the -10$ law did not apply. That’s fine but the lowest price must still be applied. One manager said no to not even changing one price at all and had nasty attitude when the cashier asked her to check (which goes against that). The other manager said she would only change price of one item. The lowest price must be applied to both. She even read the law/policy paper to me when I argued and then got really quiet when she got to the part where I was correct and quickly got rid of that paper. Still refused to give me my product at the reduced price. Managers were nasty and that poor cashier.Another thing, had meds to pick up (called ahead) and when I got there I noticed the insurance was messed up which they needed to fix. For some reason it took a few people and they kept telling me to get up and sit down and moving me over and made me wait 30 min. Always seems to be a different system issue. So get that fixed.

Very poor service. I called at 2pm for prescription renewals and when I arrived at 7pm to pick it up, they had no idea what I was talking about. They made me wait 1 hour and a half to prepare it.

Staff is helpful and the store is clean. My issue is the wait time to receive a prescription. Average time is between 30 minutes and 1 hour.If you're in a hurry to get your prescription filled don't expect it to be ready quickly. I usually try dropping off the prescription and picking up the medication later. Unfortunately that requires 2 trips.

The staff are helpful although I recently asked a young person if I could send a fax from here and they said “what’s a fax.” That made me laugh :)A good selection of products in store.
