Under renovation but staff are awesome

I have no issues with the gas station. The automatic car wash is the reason for the two stars. the car cleans everything nicely except for the back end. Even when you buy the top of the line car wash the back end of my truck doesn't get clean. My wife's SUV, same issue. My buddies Truck, same issue. The machine can't get the back end of the vehicle clean. I will probably look somewhere else to clean my truck. Maybe the machine needs some adjustment but I found the same issue with the other Co-op car wash on Gaetz Ave and 32 street. Too bad because with the online app the price of the wash is very reasonable.

Jan2023- Carwash problem. Halfway thru the carwash, the left side of my car lifted, carwash stopped, blasting horns, back door went down. The moving apparatus hit my drivers mirror, and unbeknownst to me put a large scratch / dent on the front side of my car. Once I noticed, I phoned and talked to the manager. I asked if he had video cameras, and gave him time of Incident. He said he would check it out . Phoned back a few days later and he stated he didn’t know how to help and I would have to call the owner. I find it hard to believe that the manager doesn’t know how to deal with an issue. No calls have been returned by the owner. They won’t take responsibility or accept liability for my car damage. What a hassle !

Best car wash in town!

I see just bad reviews so I had to share, I use this location and other all the time. I have always had friendly service inside and outside the store. Car wash is the same price as going to any larger car washes, the thing I like about this one is the underage wash. I give them all a5 star review!

Car wash is broken once again. Tried three different times and still doesn’t work. It’s been multi times this car wash has been broken down in the recent months. Not impressed.

They have self service and an attendant to help you. Good Service.

Great friendly service. Clean store. The people are on the up side seem to care to get you on your way.

a premium wash almost $16 dollars, i could do better with $5 and a wash wand at centex north

Went and traded in my propane bottle for a new full one and it was less than a quarter filled. They would not take it back or give me a new one, accusing me of leaving it open and it leaked out.As a follow up. I was asked to call coop to get this matter resolved, as you can see below. I had to call on three separate days before I heard back from the requesting person, all for the purpose to ask if my contact info could be given to another person. I am yet to hear back from this person. If you every asked to call CO-OP management about an issue, save yourself the bother.
