I love this store! The old guy greeting is the one of the best going, sometime works at returns too. Haven't seen him in a while, hope he's doing well. Anyhow today I was notified by my company that I didn't hand in a receipt for a charge on my company CC. Shoot I thought, I am very particular about these things. Anyhow I thought well try calling the store and see what they can do. Their automated phone system is very good BTW. I pressed the number I needed got a really nice lady named Janice and told her my issue. Bang, she had the receipt emailed to me before I hung up the phone. Outstanding service! Thank you, Janice and all the other great people who work at this store.

Tried the order online thing and pick-up from a locker. Works great. Wasn't sure what to do and a very nice man who was (surprisingly) extra pleasant and professional escorted me from customer service to the right place which was just inside the main entrance. Great way to do things if you want to avoid lineups and avoid travelling up and down long isles for stuff.

Nothing against any of the staff, super nice people, but I purchased a CO2 tank today which came completely empty. Maybe I'm out of the loop, but if I'm paying almost one-hundred dollars I expect to be getting more than just an empty canister. I said that to the guy at the till and he agreed with me. It would be incredibly easy to simply advertise on your website no CO2 included". Since the Walmart moved into the mall I've been really trying to support this store but stuff like this makes it hard."

Great kitchen section. Not tok crowded and lot of check out lines. I was aware that they had lots of deals going on at that time. Pre-spring sales, gardening supplies etc. I Will be going back to ckeck out the patio furniture soon, as they had some decent offering at resonble price.

Just bought a our dream house! And have been going to Canadian Tire to stock up on garden supplies, and outdoor decor. Happily just returned all my seeds, seed starting soil to this location as the manager wouldn't price match 8 seed starting trays, while their website says they do price match. Manager couldn't pull what he stated up however and just told me over and over to keep reading". I

I desperately needed a lawnmower. I went to the service desk to inquire if it could be assembled. I dealt with 2 employees, unfortunately I didn't get their names. They made it happen within an hour. Exceptional service. This was yesterday at approximately noon. Please give them a huge raise!

Great staff. I bought a bike from a Vancouver Canadian tire and just had horrible service and never should have been able to ride the bike out of the store. (Not road worthy). Hillside CT took my bike in to have a tune up on a Monday(generally) they are closed. And let me pick up the next day. Everyone had a smile, where empathic and understanding, and each one helped make my situation better. And every other time I have visited this located similar or better experiences have been met by the staff, thank you guys and keep up the great work!!

I have a Canadian Tire Mastercard and it was easily compromised by online savages. I called their team and asked for help and I thought they did. They sent me a new card but they DID NOT REMOVE the THREE 350 CAD online bets that I did not make. I will settle this and close my account. This is the worst experience I had with a credit card. If they offer you this kind of card anywhere IGNORE IT!!!!!!!! BTW this is a ZERO STAR REVIEW

Store itself is great, clean and well laid out with its second floor. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Giving it 3/5 due to inaccurate inventory. I have been there 3 times now where the website and local inventory tracker shows “2” items in stock, yet come to find out after getting help from staff that it was incorrect and actually 0 items in stock…
