Perfect Form Therapy

Sam gives THE BEST massages. I’ve been having a lots of chest pain and stop working out for a while. I went to the hospital with it because it affected my breathing, me bending and even getting up out of bed so I thought it was something serious with my health. Long story short the hospital/doctors didn’t really help or say much. They said I might have pulled a muscle. Eventually I found sam tried him out and let me tell you. Knowledge of the body, pressure points to relieve tension and aches! God bless your hands sir. By the way he found knots in my chest that was causing the pain and after a few session I’m currently great. I haven’t felt the pain that I’ve been carrying around for almost a year. I can’t wait for you to open back up.

Sam was incredible....I went to him for a pulled hamstring and not only did he get that sorted, he also worked on my Achilles tendon that had been bothering me for years and is now perfect....i can't even remember what the constant pain was like.Sam was excellent in getting to the root of the pain issues and then working on them to eliminate them. I even dozed off once.Highly recommended ...

At times as a society we get caught up in aesthetics and because of that we accept mediocre service-- This a is a cozy place, but boy is the service great! I have tried many Big chain" RMT--- I've even went to physio clinics trying to find a deep tissue massage that was actually focused on deep tissue.--- Sam was amazing

Sam is professional and knowledgeable in his craft. It was a very easy going session, where he took the time to appropriately understand your concerns, visually assessed problems, and was able to deliver. I have a nagging shoulder and upper back and Sam was able to make me feel great after one session, definitely going back.

Sam is one of the best massage therapists I have been to. Very professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Myself being a physical therapist makes it easy to say that he definitely knows what he is doing. Will keep seeing him as needed and would highly recommend him.

Had an ongoing neck issue for the better part of two years. After one session with Sam it was probably 75% better. 75% after 2 years!He took his time to explain things, I never felt rushed and he actually ended up spending an hour and a half with me even though I had just booked for the hour.Definitely go here.

Very good experience with Sam. He was friendly and informative. When it came to my massage, he found my knots and dealt with them accordingly. He always made sure that I was comfortable and showed me some stretches that I can do at home. Overall very pleased!

Sam is the real deal. He's extremely knowledgable in his profession and what I admire about Sam's approach is that it's unique to each individual. As an avid weightlifter and doer of many other things that take a toll on my body, visiting Sam x1/2-3 weeks for a fix up is a must. Thanks Sam!-Gavin

Sam is an excellent massage therapist. His technique is strong, confident and effective. This isn't the rub down you get from other therapists, he has a plan to ease your pain and loosen you up.
