Absolutely amazing! I am new to the cigar community and have been checking out all the shops around Calgary, most make me feel unwelcome but this place has an amazing atmosphere and staff as well as a huge selection of cigars. Every time I come in I leave with new knowledge about cigars and the gentleman that helps me is friendly none judgemental and a walking Encyclopedia about cigars! I recommend this place to everyone and anyone I talk to.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Called because they were about to close and they stayed open 10 mins later for me! Very nice. Huge selection of vape products (among other items of course). A nice store.

Being new to cigars visiting this location WAS NOT a mistake. Customer service is OUTSTANDING. The owner Adam was very knowledgeable and eager to share information about the products, smoking process, and even the industry. They even kept the shop open 30minutes late just to educate me on the subject. Definitely good vibes, kind staff, and knowledgeable people.

Appreciate the knowledge on the products they sell. Even more surprised that when I had an issue with my humidor instead of going for the up sale they just gave me a simple low cost solution! Great little shop.
