I love this place! Such a fun place to come with a date, a group of friends, or kids. I came with friends and their kids and brought my husband and 2-year-old. A fantastic place to come when its cold and rainy out. There are so many fun games to play. We ended up spending a few hours here because we were having such a great time! The cost of tickets is pretty decent in my opinion. I believe we spent $30 or $35 and were given 230 tickets? When you walk in ID is checked. Once you move ahead to the left you can either purchase tickets from a self-service booth or get in line. Once you obtain a card or reload it you’re off to play! Off to the right there is large sitting area with pool tables. There is a restaurant inside with a walk-up bar. You can get in line at the bar and enjoy food/drinks there or walk around with your drink! There’s also “The Shed” which is like a walk-up restaurant where you can order from and find a place to sit and eat. Only caveat with The Shed is that there’s a limited menu and no kids’ menu. Three10, which is the restaurant with a ton of seating. However, they were short staffed while we were there. We asked to have a table and to our surprise they allowed us. The food IMO was horrible. I had the chicken tacos which quite honestly were tasteless. My husband ordered The Rec Room burger which he said was ok. He got a side of poutine which was disgusting. The fries are horrible. Tasteless and greasy. The kid’s menu is great! For $8 you get to choose four items, a side, main entrée, drink, and dessert. They also get unlimited popcorn! We ordered chicken bites with fries for my toddler and enjoyed them! I would definitely come back to hang out and play fun games, but I wouldn’t waste my time or money on the food here.

If you're looking for a great venue to go on a fun adventure with your kids, teens, or even for a date, the Rec Room at Burnaby is the perfect destination for you! With a constantly changing mix of gaming machines that are refreshed every season, you'll never get bored no matter how often you visit. Best of all, the price is very reasonable, so you don't have to worry about overspending. In fact, with $50, your kids can stay and play for over 2 hours! One of my personal favorites at the Rec Room is their virtual reality game, which is an exciting and interactive way to play with friends. Also, for those who prefer a more traditional game, they offer a variety of classic games such as table tennis, which is always a hit with family and friends. One of the games that my daughter loves is Pop the Lock, which she enjoys playing over and over again, challenging herself to hit the jackpot.Aside from the games, the Rec Room at Burnaby is an excellent venue for a family gathering. The atmosphere is contemporary and inviting, and they have a fully stocked bar and a menu that offers delicious food and drinks that will cater to everyone's tastes. In summary, the Rec Room at Burnaby is the perfect place for family outings, date nights, and for anyone who wants to have some fun. With games that are constantly updated, VR experiences, table tennis, and so much more, you can rest assured that every visit will be as exciting as the first. Come and explore the Rec Room today and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Great place to spend time with family. We bought the $50 package and 4 of us spent about 1.5 hour there playing all sorts of arcade games. There are a variety of prizes to choose from. You can dine in there or just go across the bridge to eat in the food court. The cons are there’re not too many choices for little kids under 7 years old and you do need to pay for the underground parking.

A fun place to go to. My son loves to go there and play at the dance machine. My wife and I likes to play table tennis. I think the rental for the table and racquet is reasonable. There are numerous video games in the arcade, restaurant that I haven't tried. I did try the food kiosk which is fine.

Decent place to have fun with friends, but I found that most games were quite the same. Place has a nice look and the bar is pretty cool. Karaoke was one of the highlights for me.

Great place for families and specially for kids. Also great for hanging out with friends.Wide range of games including VRs, arcade…There is also a sandwich shop and a restaurant inside the location. As it’s inside the mall, you can also use mall’s food court with lots of options and great seating area for dining.Kids (below 18) need to be accompanied with an adult all the time.

The value of the games was good and entertaining. I was surprised with how many games were out of order, but that's ok. It's understandable that things break. Better signage would help, though. Had some assistance from a Vincent person who worked there and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The washrooms need a little more attention. About half of the stalls had garbage or dirty toilet seats.Horrible restaurant experience with unengaged staff, dismissive management, mediocre food not worth the value and expect long waits. Took 10 - 15 minutes to be greeted by a host and seated, 25 minutes to get water, 35 minutes for other drinks and about 40 minutes for food. No communication of the long wait and ignored. Asked about desserts, got a menu and then the server never came back. My boyfriend ended up getting up to look for her and ask for a manager. The manager looked annoyed and was dismissive towards us not even allowing us to speak. She walked away and sent the server back to apologize on her behalf and discounted our nachos. We weren't looking for a discount just someone to listen to us for 2 minutes.Overall, will go back for the gaming portion and not the restaurant part.

Took my young adult daughter here for her Birthday. Spent a bit of money.Play the games for the fun not for the bonus tickets. You would need to earn thousands of tickets to earn a large prize. Kids will enjoy the games, and adults will enjoy the lounge to have a beer while waiting for the kids.Lots of games for adults as well. Disappointing not to see pin ball machines. Only one they had was broken.

Small and clean indoor arcade located in the Amazing Brentwood..line ups are long during evenings, Fridays and weekends. They have amazing shooting games, walking dead, resident evil, monster hunters + more. They have lots of racing games, GT, D3, and a full 4D sensory realistic game with seperate staff managing that area. Classic games. Air hockey table. Pitching (baseball) game. Basketball. And physical hit the target games. There is no physical tickets, but a wristband that collects points digitally. Some glitches in the system. This is suitable for kids and families. But please be aware it can get crowded. The area is not very big to allow actual physical distancing. Everyone supposed to wear masks. There is restaurant and food and drinks within the arcade in a seperate sitting area but same air space. The actual gaming area is small..They also have pool and ping pong (table tennis) at 30 minute rentals. You can rent the equipment at the redeem room.I found staff to be okay, located only at the designated: front, rewards room. Some of them clearly have no had enough hospitality training and were rude or have a terrible tone of voice. There is no sitting areas within the arcade. May be an issue if you have mobility issues or older or younger guests.I stayed maybe 2.5 hours and did have to wait for games to free up. They could have more of the popular games available. We saw the same people play the resident evil / walking dead games for about an hour +One of the best things about this arcade is it's location..the mall offers lots of amenities: clean bathrooms and food court.
