This company is professional, environmentally conscious and goes above and beyond in the area of service. We use Diresco as a subcontractor on some of our sites and our clients always phenonemnal feedback regarding the quality of work and friendly demeanour of the staff. I know Bill from Diresco London for many years and it amazed me that every time I need his services he goes above and beyond our expectations, we use Bill for many different services i.e. flood, fire damage, storm damage, mold remediation, renovation and trauma to name few. Anyone know who to contact to file a complaint on this company? My insurance claim has been open since September 2021. It has been a ton of bothering this company to finish. I thought Josh was great, but he has left the company and as I have struggled to figure things out it appears that he had lied many times, and was a bigger part of the problem than initially believed. AJ has been a savour and is fixing up very unprofessional work that was completed. They ordered the wrong faucets and fixtures. No one seems to know if they have my shower door or when someone will put it in. Not sure if they have my flooring any longer to fix a mistake they made on the flooring. The company does not seem interested in getting things finished. They do not communicate with my insurance adjustor. This has been a nightmare and I have been nothing but patient until now. Do not use this company if you have a choice.

Their drivers are hazards on the road. Forced me to damage my property to accommodate their limitations. Be careful.

Diresco was fabulous in helping with our water damage claim. Greg and Jordan could not have been more accommodating and Jordan is a master of all trades! Dalton was also helpful - even while trying to figure out our complicated closet lol. Thanks to all of you!

We are renting so I can't speak to the value (given the property management paid) but everyone Diresco sent to help clear out our basement after it flooded 5 times in a week were amazing. They were quick, professional and they got the job done right. I would like to highlight Ken, specifically, who handled our case the most and he was awesome every time he came over. Can't recommend enough!

Greg came into inspect our building he was very arrogant and rude. Remediation for mold was done, took four days longer than expected and they also did not return to remove their equipment or clean up.Not only did I have to be out of my house longer than expected, I also personally had to remove their equipment which I left it on my back porch, I also had to tear down the all the coverings from the doors, and clean my rooms top to bottom from the chemicals used. I do not recommend this company unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

Our building recently went through a major emergency (July 10th, 2019), and Diresco has been nothing but wonderful! They are so well organized and work with incredible speed and efficiency. Bill, Jordan and Charles (Chip) communicated with our tenants and made sure everyone was on the same page; couldn't reccomend them enough!! Diresco is the very best!Update:Yesterday (July 28th, 2020), we experienced a fire in our laundry room and Diresco responded to our call within an hour to scope out the damage and begin repairs. They are excellent with our tenants, constantly updating them on the status of the unit and how they are going to proceed forward. Within 24 hours out laundry room is clean, damaged items have been removed and air quality filters are running. I can't stress enough how amazing Bill and Charles (Chip) has been. Our building is forever greatful for your company!

Mr. Jordan and his team are the greatest team I ever see in my life. They are awesome. I trusted Diresco after I knew them. They came directly and supported me all the time when the flood happened in my home. They are professional, careful, and cooperative. I really appreciate them.
