Golden Gecko Coffee
Ordered a vanilla latte and was given a drink that was barely warm with about 3 inches of foam on top. Barista was either lazy or has no idea what they are doing. Honestly the worst cup of coffee I’ve been served in Toronto. Overpriced for what it is, staff weren’t super friendly so I won’t be returning! Thanks

Matcha latte is good albeit a tad too sweet for my liking. Cute little shop with lots of character and gecko branded items for sale. Would prefer if more seating was available.

Love this place. Such a unique vibe and the best breakfast sandwiches - the pesto one is my favourite. They have really strong coffee - even their decaf feels like it gives a bit of a kick. Wouldn't recommend the sweet pastries - flavours are a bit off the mark and from my experience have been a tad dry.

Very cozy location, kids friendly. Books and activities everywhere for children. But their coffee and deserts are great too. I had a latte and pecan tart. Both were fantastic. As they say on the wall, this is not a coffee shop, it's a place of comfort, happiness and for community, they just happen to serve great coffee too.

Great little shop right around the corner from me. Very interesting mix of modern coffee shop culture with the Aussie delicacies and Star Wars theme at play! Honestly, I love to see people bring things that they enjoy to work, it truly bleeds through on the customer experience.All of the staff have been super helpful and approachable. My go to’s are always one of the danishes, a breakfast sandwich and an iced chai tea. Can’t go wrong! See you guys soon. 8/10!

Cute, comforting, quiet place with good coffee and cakes baked goods, all made in-house. Friendly service, soothing music, artworks and some books complete the perfect experience. The small table right at the front window is the best!

I've been here twice now (gave it another shot because of the high reviews), but can now confirm the quality of espresso is lacking. Also this time I came earlier, because the other time I came later in the day and the pastry I had was dry. This time, I came around opening, and had the egg muffin. It was heated up, but was still cold inside. If it wasn't for the quality of the food and drink, I would rate it much higher. The staff is friendly, and the place looks cool, with all the Star Wars paraphernalia. Though a lot of the store inside is taken up by boxes, which takes away from seating and the decor. The place does have nice outdoor seating.
