We had just recently moved into the state and was referred to Jeremy Jackson by our realtor and what a great referral. Jeremy made the process of inspecting our first home a really great experience. Since it was our first home, I had a lot of questions about what to look out for/general maintenance questions. I am extremely pleased with the inspection that was conducted by Jeremy and would not hesitate to highly recommend! He was very thorough (in fact, more thorough than the company that performed our new house inspection almost a year ago and that referral came from our title company). He spent several hours at our house and checked everything he could check. He found things that we hadn’t discovered AND uncovered a huge issue that the builder and first inspection didn’t fix or report. The issue had it been found by the other company would have hopefully been repaired and not caused subsequent damage to our home. I’ve recommended Jeremy to a neighbor and he’s going to inspect their home this week. Jeremy even came back out to further document the damage so we wouldn’t have any issues with repairs before our 1-year warranty was up.
