If you want authentic Quebec hospitality, come to this place. Visited this location for Saturday lunch and was refused service because the servers were “too busy” serving 3 other tables in an otherwise empty restaurant. We came with the family to this establishment and walked away with the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Simply lazy servers that don’t want to work. Period. Will never visit again and do not recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else where your visit is appreciated and wanted.

The waitress Sarah-Maude was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She was really nice. She went over and beyond to be certain that we had the best dining experience.

Slightly low of average is my best description. The service was acceptable - our server was reluctantly and minimally bilingual. Although I can function in French, I don't feel it would have been a good experience for a unilingual tourist. It wasn't overly busy, yet basics like refills went unnoticed. Servers may consider proactively offering items like ketchup when the meal includes fries. It took quite a while to get a bill once the plates were removed.I ordered the full back of ribs. Food arrived very quickly and was hot. The veggies were nicely done and properly seasoned. The ribs should have been the star of the show but had little flavour. The sauce was quite good and somewhat compensated. I can't figure out how to get ribs tender yet tasteless. The server assured me they had not been boiled. Maybe they are sauced on the way out the door? I adjust my expectations to the type and price of establishment, but this still needs some review and improvement.The dining area was renovated a few years ago, and although it still looks OK, some details need more attention to maintain the upgraded appearance. Simple things like cleaning the gobs of black dust off the air vents and taking cobwebs down would help a lot.I have eaten here a few times before writing this review, and this is not a one-off. I feel like a few small changes could significantly improve the quality of the experience.

Tonight we had placed an online order for pickup at this restaurant. One of the items ordered was the chicken and ribs combo. Upon getting home and opening up all the boxes, we see the chicken and the sauce for the ribs are in there but not the ribs. We called the restaurant, we were immediately passed on to a manager who went to check if our ribs were missed. After a brief hold, he insists we have them but we told him we didn’t have them. We get put on hold a second time, he asserts he packed them himself and when we politely said we didn’t have them, we got placed on hold again and were told his 2 employees confirmed they packed them. Yet again, we insisted they were nowhere to be found in our boxes and we were met with a rather snarky “mhm… okay”. He told us he would deliver us the ribs and he hung up on us before we could say thank you. The ribs showed up 50 minutes later even though we were 3 minutes from the restaurant. To give credit where it's due though, the delivery guy was very nice!I can certainly understand that their workers are human and may have forgotten to put them in with the food or they mixed up an order, and they probably get the occasional group who is dishonest and tries to get free food by whatever means possible but giving attitude to loyal customers who were being honest and polite is the height of unprofessionalism, especially coming from a manager. Do better St-Hubert.

(Delivery) Awesome client/delivery service. Courteous and real polite staff. They said it will be delivered within an hour and… It was. I ordered four Economix meal ($51.80) acc poutine ($$$$14).The chicken was really dry, and the fries, bland taste with the $3.50 cheese curds, it was really not worth it. The only good thing was their gravy and their famous coleslaw salad. Should have bought a cooked chicken for less than $20 at the grocery store. Oh well, que sera sera.

This place is getting real pricey and the drive through has started making mistakes even after I made them repeat. They used to be a bit pricier than most but service was top notch. I don't expect them to make multiple mistakes in one take out order.

St Hubert always has consistent food. Their chicken is always great and the portions are substantial. I will have to say that the service that we received from Daphanie/ Daphnee (sorry don’t know the spelling) was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. She was also very attentive and all our requests were met without hesitation. She is the reason I would go back to this location. Thanks again for the great experience.
