Asked for sugar-free cinnamon dolce; they said they don't have it. Asked for the blonde espresso; they said they only have regular. I do realize it’s a smaller kiosk so I don't imagine that they have everything, however it seems as if they have new people frequently, and the people that are there even for a long time develop an attitude and are apathetic. They are certainly not warm like I expect from Starbucks. It's not a pleasant experience and I only go there for emergencies now. Management, please let the employees know that a smile, politeness, and eagerness go a LONG way.

The baristas were really friendly, I got a free drink with my ordered drink as well. I would recommend 10/10, awesome and friendly baristas

Good small Starbucks at Metro grocery store. Friendly personal, good coffee, never had any issues. We usually order a black coffee or cappuccino with almond or oat milk, can't say anything about other drinks. Waiting time is usually 5-10 minutes.

I waited over 10 minutes for the staff to make a simple strawberry and cream frap (3 ingredients into t The blender). I had 1 person in front of me. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told they were very busy… which I witnessed none of. Just the staff taking their time and stopping to talk to eachother. The two people who ordered after me got their drinks before me. No online orders or preorders come through this location. “Very busy” was a total excuse to waste my time. Never returning. Not to mention I wasn’t asked if I collect points or anything. If you consider 3 orders to be “very busy” then new staff needs to be hired. Complete waste of my time to receive a drink with all the strawberry purée sitting at the bottom of the drink.

This location is always a disaster. Drinks are never made correctly (usually burnt), it’s always so busy and staff cannot manage. They often forget to heat up your food keeping you waiting forever for your food. Pretty much every time we go there we’re stuck waiting while our food sits on the counters waiting to be heated.They also never have items in stock including coffee. Like you’re a coffee shop how does that make sense?I’m not sure if this lack of standards at this location is because they aren’t Starbucks employees, so they don’t get the same training.Staff is nice but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for their incompetence. I’ve given them a few chances hoping it wasn’t the norm but I’ll never return to this location.

Staff are disinterested, distracted and slow. I'm currently getting grey hair waiting for my order. Had to wait several minutes for someone to approach the register to take my order, only to have to repeat my order several times because the cashier wasnt paying attention. Then the long wait for my drink. 4 drinks ordered after mine came out before mine.

Every time I go to the Starbucks the quality of drinks keeps decreasing. The lattes are below average now. Terrible coffee and quality of food. The baristas need to be retrained.
