Had my tyres changed with this Costco a couple of times and happy with the service. Also the pricing is more competitive than the dealership.

Costco tire center in the Montreal Quebec Canada area, now allows you to book your appointments for automotive services of tire changing, tire installation,, oil change and more, online and they actually keep the appointments and are on time and they do the work in the allotted time that they also promise. What a great change from having to go in with your card and wait in line or try to get through on the phone for hours at a time. Finally modernization. And they're always professional and courteous. They also ask you to come back in 40 km when your tires are being changed or installed to torque and tighten the nuts on your vehicle. Great stuff. Although the prices have increased over time there's still very competitive. And their synthetic oil is exceptionally well priced and I only use that. Even when your oil runs low and you're almost completely empty, those Pistons are beautifully coated with synthetic and it takes you to the next oil change very nicely.

Terrible service. They damaged one of my tires while installing the winter tires I bought there. Then they told me to find the same brand and model somewhere because they don't have it and said they would reimburse me. When I come back with the new tire a very rude person tells me he can't do anything for me. I should book an appointment and talk to the manager.Never going back.

Unprofessional. Ordered tires more than 2 months ago. The status online was shipped" but never got a call. We tried to call the tire center many times but no one answered the phone. We reached out to the customer service

10/10 manager was super helpful & accommodating, was really in a pinch with a blown tire and he still helped out on a busy sunday and gave me advice on what to do about it, really went out of his way to help. he deserves a raise for sure lol

Excellent service. They made a mistake with my appointment and didn't have me listed. But they found a way to fit me in and everything went as expected. The prices incredibly cheap compared to other places in montreal.

I ordered winter tire online but no update since then. I contacted with the costco customer care and they said they dont know about that as tires are not under costco support!!!! Then who is gonna give me the update? I can not wait infinite time for the winter tire to be ready!!
