Tried calling. The guy on the phone answered “who is this” uh a potential customer? He was extremely rude and super unhelpful. Almost like he doesn’t care about adding business.Take a course on professional conduct.Edit: I called from my cell phone not my computer? I don’t believe I’ll be sharing my business with you :)

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, break ins, rent increases, no accountability for broken or low grade cameras and lack of overall concern for the customer only concern of Richard is taking your money

One day would have been nice i left my truck keys at work i couldnt drive to the storage unit to drop you cash... i gave you my credit card number you needed money so bad on tuesday why not just charge my credit card? I was not able to drive out and drop off cash on tuesday night because i left my keys at work and i carpool so my vehicle stayed at a carpool lot all night i was not able to drive sorry you just had to wait one day and if you could not wait one day you have my visa numbers you never even asked for that option? Keene road storage was happy to take my money dont worry

After we picked up our contents we found the mattress was wet and moldy and had to be discarded. A mirror was destroyed from water damage. The owner refused any compensation. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !

I used Axess storage for 3 years to store various belongings, Richard was a pleasure to deal with and I never had any issues. I would recommend anyone who needs storage to utilize this place of business.

Fantastic storage facility. Clean, well maintained, secure and easy to work with. It has been a pleasure to have multiple units there for years. Added bonus is the price, very reasonable….. I highly recommend storing your items here.
