I would highly recommend this store to everyone. Our business specialists name was Pedro and he was extremely helpful.We went there to change providers to get a better deal as well as better reception because ours was horrible and Pedro was extremely helpful. He gave us a great deal and he was very knowledgeable about what he was talking to us about. He was honest and he is very much committed to great customer service. I will never use another cell phone provider after my experience yesterday. Thank you so much Pedro for all your help yesterday.

Fantastic and personalized service!I recently switched to Bell from Telus. I had been a Telus customer for years, but their staff never seemed to care much about customer service. I’m on a corporate plan with CMA and the hassle with Telus is too much.I walked across the hall to Bell, and received personalized and dedicated service right away with Diego. He was able to find me the best deals and even put me on a corporate plan with CMA without all the hoops. He even found me a cheaper corporate plan. I’m paying less than before and getting more data!Go see Diego. He’ll set you up!

Came to this location to upgrade my phone. I was greeted within seconds of walking in the door and assisted. Diego hooked me up with a new IPhone - he was awesome, charismatic, helpful, and informative. It was an all around great experience. In fact all the staff that evening were friendly and welcoming. Very impressed!

These guys are awesome. I went in to upgrade my phone and plan, Harman help me out and got me a new phone and cheaper monthly plan. The transaction went flawless and awesome. And they offer cheaper plans compared to other Bell mobility store.

Good man! Saved the day. I was about to switch to another phone company until this guy came along. I’m going to recruit to my fire department! He helped me call in to get a situation resolved. They were unable to over the phone, but Omar was able to find me a deal I appreciate and that will help me save money. He was very patient and level headed and expressed sympathy which is hard to find nowadays. Definitely see Omar when you go to this location. He saved me from having to shop around and choose a new career. Awesome job!

Came in today to get my husband and new phone and was greeted right away, and had some of the best customer service I received at a cell company in s long time !Thank you to Diego for helping my husbands upgrade go so smoothly and getting him into a much better phone!

DIEGO for the win!!!! This guy was absolutely AMAZING! From the time I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a helping hand. He walked me through all my options, helped me select the best phone for me and even went the extra mile and helped me transfer my files and photos and more. I have always had an android and I switched to an iphone because of Diego. He made it easy for me to understand. Honestly I have never had amazing customer service. All the guys in the store have great energy by the way but Diego he deserves a raise, a promotion and more! I swear if you ever put Diego in charge, he would elevate your business, help you gain more customers and more!! I love Diego! Had a great experience at this store! Lex is fantastic!My phone died on me and I was an hour late for a date. Lex helped me get a new phone up and running quickly, she got me on a cheaper plan that made more sense for how much data I use, and was just all around friendly, funny, and genuine.
