The person who contacted me asked me to text photos of our door. He read my message and saw the photos the same day. I waited for over a week but there was no response. I sent another message to inquire if he was going to be able to help us, and while he read that message immediately, he did not reply again. I find this to be very unprofessional.I am not in your system because the person (Yosef) who initially contacted me did not respond to my texts.

Terrible service. The technician took four hours to call me back, scheduled a visit for Sunday morning and never showed up. When I tried phoning, his phone was shut off with no option to leave a message.Response to the owner's comment: That is incorrect. I did not receive a price. I waited over 3 hours for the technician to arrive for our scheduled appointment and he never showed.

I had a rep contact me to discuss what I needed done, I said asked about him coming by to take a look and he asked me to text photos of our door. He responded the next day by text stating looks like replacement. I text right away asking for him to let me know about coming by to take a look for an estimate. Day after he replies well need to take a look to see if it needs replacing but no mention of when....... So now a few days after a call from him but I couldn't answer and he left no message. Day after that I get a call from there office stating that the rep has tried to contact me several times and they wanted to know if I still needed their service. I told her he called once and left no message and he could have texted me but he didn't. But I still made an appointment for the following week, confirmed date and time and I said this is for an estimate only. I should have stuck with my gut and guess what no show.... no call, no one confirming appointment.... I guess they don't want to do estimates hence why they want pictures and just come and do the work. So I had to leave work early and wait and wait. If I got a call saying they couldn't come, or they are running late, I understand as things happen but nope. And they say the are BBB accredited on their website but yet I cant find them on the BBB site. They have no central business address just a phone number. I gave them a chance but now I will use someone that will actually show up to an appointment.

Just had an excellent experience with Andrey. My old school 1975 steel framed door was totally messed up. The hole for my deadbolt wouldn't go into place as the door was't hanging properly due to conventional wear and tear. If Andrey wasn't so knowledgeable i would have been in real trouble. Luckily he was able to fix my door issue in a timely fashion and on the same day! Highly recommend Top Door Repair they go the extra mile and charge fair rates!
