Really unfriendly staff, couldn’t be bothered to work out a suitable plan, or discuss suitable options - customer retention is the last thing on their mind! - I’ve been to numerous outlets and have found the staff way more friendly and helpful! The staff honestly appear like they are waiting to kill time and take their pay cheque and leave. Honestly recommend checking out the other outlets in the area.

Came in to upgrade my phone and trade in my old one, man I dealt with (manager) was very friendly and efficient, made things clear as well. The manager and other staff seemed to get along really well and it was overall a good atmosphere to be in. A great experience!

Surprisingly easy and pleasant to add Rogers internet. Kevin was absolutely fantastic.Stop messing with 3rd party internet. Got 1.5gigabit for 60$ a month vs absolutely atrocious Vmedia 150megabit for 80$

Visited store on Dec 17, 2022 at 15:00. Customer service from this one gentleman at the store was disgusting. He told me to go “somewhere else” when I complained about the disconnect between online rep and in store rep relating to return of the phone. Was not even willing to listen or see the chat from online rep. Frustrating experience. No apologies for poor response or nothing. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Wife went into the store to return her Samsung S20 as part of their Upfront Edge Program. Spoke to Jess (who claims on phone to be the manager). Jess took the phone, and claimed she was unable to offer any kind of receipt or proof of return. Wouldn't even allow my wife to take a photo of her account info, showing phone returned. Wife left store, but came back as wasn't comfortable just leaving it with them. Asked for phone back, which they gave her, but didn't bring up her account, or access the system at all, proving that they were doing nothing to enter into the system that the phone had been returned to the company. Don't know if she was going to pocket it, keep it, sell it for cash, but definitely wasn't being returned properly. Called store on Highland, and they confirmed that they can accept the phone, provide a receipt and cancel/refund any charges for the device. Stay far away from the Fairview location if you don't want to get ripped off

My husband, daughter, and I came in to trade in her phone for an upgrade. We had Drake help us and we can't say enough good things about him and the customer service he provided to us. We went in just to upgrade her phone but by the time we left we not only upgraded her phone but Drake was able to lower not only the cost of Brian and Rianne's cell plans (lower cost but more gigs) but also helped us lower our cost for internet and cable.If you need help with Roger's go see Drake in the Fairview Mall location!!!!

This store has given me the best experience in Canada the staff is amazingespecially Jess,She was so knowledgable and she upgraded my plan and treated us with so much kindness,I wish her all the best and tell everyone to come here
