I've a positive experience when I bank at this credit union. They recommended ways to save me money, and are alert for scams. They have proven their high level of protection on my account. Syed Bakht is very knowledgeable in dealing with fraud and investments. Jeanette is very discrete and thorough and knows all services to suit your needs and get answers for you. I recommend them.

After dealing with a typical big bank for 40+ years, I had had enough of the impersonal approach to my finances and feeling like another number in the crowd.A quick call to Meridian's Rymal Road branch proved to be an immediate breath of fresh air. Our banking representative, Sheryl is second to none. Each and every time I / we leave the branch or hang up after a call there is a feeling of worth and satisfaction. We have our financial institution for good now. Thank you to Sheryl and Lindsay and the whole Rymal Road Meridian Team.

Wonderful customer service all around. Special thanks to Tolga for his great follow through on helping us through setting up all our new accounts and cards.Update - editing to add that we have now worked with Sarah on a home mortgage through Meridian. She went way far above and beyond in helping us figure out all of our mortgage options and helping throughout the process. Really outstanding service. Any staff I've worked with at this branch has been nice and Sarah was a standout even more so!

I was a first time homebuyer, young and new to the process. Sheryl and Tolga were amazing for support the whole way and made a difficult deal really work in any way they could. Would recommend meridian over any traditional bank over and over again.
