Have requested a entry portion, the lady bring a complete portion. Since we arrive putting pressure to order, the drinks, the food….When you are eating for 2 times she try to take the plates with food back, thinking we already finish.I was with an idea that outside of big cities in Quebec, that have kind people.Good restaurant food 3/5, customer service….-5

Prime Rib was day old and was served brown due to the reheating of the cut of meat. We asked for todays prime rib and was told this was how they did it there by using the prior days roast. The reheating also caused overcooking of the outside of the meat leaving only a small section in the middle having a hint of pink. We were not offered another option even with our displeasure voices politely to the staff.To save the day I thought to ask for horse radish to make it more palatable. Unfortunately this was dry and lacking flavour as well.My first attempt at prime rib in Quebec and perhaps it’s just a cultural difference in my expectations. Who knows , It would have been nice to have a bread to dip in the Au Jus but none provided.Very disappointed for our first trip to this grill house we won’t return, if so stay away from the Prime rib.

service was a little slow at first and someone was seated at our reserved table so we had to wait for another to be cleaned. very few spoke any English but our server did a great job trying and I definitely appreciated that! food was amazing though definitely a 5 for the food. overall 4 out of 5!

Excellent prime rib roast beef. Pricey but worth it for a special occasion. Service was great. Next visit we couldn't get in. Entire restaurant was apparently completely booked with reservations. We ate somewhere else.
