DO NOT SHOP HERE. store does not honour their return policy.My fiancee purchased a $180 blazer, and went to return it within the two week period (Feb 16-25). Upon entering the store to try to return, we were asked if we would instead like to exchange the item. When we asked for a return, Fadia tried to dissuade us asking why we wanted to return such a nice blazer. The article of clothing was purchased for a wedding and did not align with the rest of the outfit and was unworn.Fadia then pointed out some light scuff marks on the upper right shoulder of the jacket. Insisting it was dirty and worn. These scuff marks were 1. Barely perceptible 2. Not caused by my fiance 3. Were there during the original purchase. They were obviously missed when purchased. Fadia refused to honour a refund.We contacted Laura HQ who were unhelpful. Jenifer provided us this response that they must abide by the store's decision. If HQ would like to make this right and provide a refund, reply back to this review stating so, because providing your contact info is useless as we've already been down this route. We have contacted your phone line and email to no help.Absolutely terrible customer service, shady business practices. There's a reason there are so many one star reviews here.

Customer service wasn't bad until the lady was showing me some tees and when I asked if they had crop tops she said No, these are more mature stuff.. -- Umm..that isn't a mature response in my opinion.Good collection but a turn off if you label/judge clothes based on maturity.

I went for shopping today. I got a phone call and didn't realize that I haven't sanitized my hands, one lady from the staff was soo rude was shouting and running behind me. That's my fault, i'll accept that. But after going through all the dresses; I couldn't find the one I'm looking for, then I was about to leave then she (not the asian lady) stopped me and asked Bought nothing" she was soo mean and that did hurt my self respect. Very worst staff forget about the customer service

I am very glad with Erika because she helped me to pick a really nice gift for my wife. She was so kind, patient, and she always kept a good attitude at the checkout.

Ruined mine and my friend's experience in shopping for a dress here. A particular woman discriminated us by appearance and age saying It's store policy to not have more than 2 dresses at a time" and she did not assist us to any of the rooms nor said this "policy" prior to us trying on the dresses. Meanwhile

Very rude and awful customer service. You get mean stares from all the workers and they completely ignore you if you ask them questions. They don’t say hi or bye to you too. Overpriced and really cheap looking clothing too.

I went in to the store to look around, and ended up buying the prettiest dress. The staff were so lovely, made me feel so good so good in it. Love my new dress!
