Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Laval

No complaints! Clean, fairly large room. Good service from the front desk, decent free breakfast. Pretty much everything I could ask for in a brief hotel stay.

Great experience- loved the 24 hour coffee and tea. The location was perfect restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The subway is not too far so you can go to Montreal in just over half an hour.

Good value for the price.Rooms are pretty standard but everything was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was good too!TV took 20 minutes to figure out and there are 5 different dumpsters in direct sight from the window but would still go back.

We stayed at this hotel when our car broke down. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms that is the priority number one for us.We loved the staff and receptionists who were very friendly!!!The few things I wish were different would be a few vegan options for breakfast for vegan people but even for anyone who is wanting a healthier version for breakfast (plant based milk like almond or soy, more fruit, vegan baked goods, scrambled tofu etc) I ended up not eating anything from the breakfast which was a disappointment.Also in the room I would’ve appreciated an option for Netflix.Other than that it was clean, quiet and neat!!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I only speak very basic French but that is not a barrier. Staff are completely French/English bilingual. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, as is the entire property. The hotel is close to main road arteries and has ample free parking. The free breakfast is basic but that is to be expected. There are many dining and amenities within easy walking or driving distance. I stay in hotels on business a lot and I really liked this hotel as the staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are modern, spacious and clean, and you feel like you are staying in a family run hotel. I didn't partake in the gym or pool so I cannot comment on that.

The hotel is quite old. The rooms clearly reflected that.The hotel boasts of free buffet breakfast, which was quite ordinary. The omelettes were cold, and prepared once in the morning. I was surprised to see that even boiled eggs are not boiled freshly and were from a ready made packet - they stinked a lot. The staff seemed not very keen to solve customer’s complaints.

We have stayed here many times as proximity and price are perfect for us. Not a five star hotel, mid range, but very nice, modern, clean, with very helpful staff. Enroll in Hilton Honors (Free) and get no charge wifi. Breakfast is included and served buffet style. Includes eggs & bacon and other hot items. We mostly enjoy toast, cereals, and fresh fruit with juice/coffee.Sort of Hilton on a budget, great value! Nice indoor pool is quite pleasant on a cold winter night.Recommend.

Unfortunately, I have stayed at this hotel about three times, all were poor experiences, from the staff, to the rooms. Room were not cleaned properly, with dust around the bed and washroom not thoroughly cleaned. Key cards sometimes would fail, staff is not the nicest, compared to other hotels around the Laval area; no greet, no hellos, if you ask for a extra water bottle they will charge you(even being a Diamond member). Breakfast is a typical Hampton. There are better(Hilton) alternatives around for a difference.

Nice & clean rooms. Good value for money room rates. Small breakfast buffet. Small gym and large pool. Reception is happy to check for corporate/affiliated group rates and discounts. Excellent security on premises. A key card is required to access side doors, gym, pool, etc. Ample parking and well lit parking lot. 20-40 min drive to city of Montreal via highway based on traffic times.

no wonder is one of the best hotels in montreal laval area... i can not ask for more ..free breakfast in the morning ..friendly service down to the cleaner .. although they speak friends you can find your self a home .
