PJC Jean Coutu

I've been regular costomer for this jean Couto for about 10 years. acually it's gonna be my last visit today because they just wasted my time. i went to the pharmacy for my medicine they told 15 min gonna be ready and it's took more than 2 hours, after that they missed my medicine again and let me wait again for 15 minutes. usually i don't care for time easy for them to say you have to wait 2 days and i come later but they don't respect others and times

Pharmacie pourrie depuis changement de direction. Perdent nos documents importants, accusent de ne pas avoir payé mes prescriptions 3 mois après, à 2 reprises omettent de commander des médicaments pour le traitement du cancer et j'en passent! Les deux propriétaires pharmaciens se montrent coopératifs à chaque fois mais rien ne changent. Il faut changer de pharmacie asap avant que quelque chose de sérieux n'arrive. La clientèle est toujours en colère pour une raison ou un autre. Très mauvaise gestion des employés et pharmaciens nonchalants pour la plupart.

Very good pharmacy excellent service and helpful staff they try their best to accommodate their patients.

I was shocked to learn that extra strength Advil is a behind the counter drug in Quebec. I was visiting the area and developed a migraine... I had to ask, set up a file, wait, pay, then see the pharmacist just to get them.The store was nice. Bright. Clean. Staff were friendly. Price was normal.

So slow, the person at cash told us it takes 10 to 15 min while it took about 1 hourWaste of time unfortunately

Worst pharmacy service I ever seen; wait time is awful, the technicians don't know their products and the pharmacist knowledge is mediocre. The propleme is the fact that she was talking a lot of nonsense but didn't know she was talking to a specialist. What they didn't know I sent my friend requiring for the same product and the respond was way different from what I got.

I called all 4 PJC in the area and they all confirmed that PJC boulevard de l’hôpital which turned actually boulevard St Renée has the baby chair to take a baby passport photo. Funny it was the very first store I called who told me to try the others., so I called them again but this time, I was placed on hold for a hour and someone hung up, since it’s the nearest store we went there took the photos for the rest of the family and and asked for information regarding what I was told by the other stores. A guy leaves the cash register to ask the manager and 15 minutes later he is still not back, so I give my telephone number to the lady who took our photos asking her to have him call me when he has answer because we had to run help my wife with an emergency, and yeah you guessed it 45 minutes later no one calls to confirm or deny what 4 other stores volunteered to tell me. So I called again and after twice being kept on hold and losing the call finally a lady picks up saying she was the manager and not knowing anything about the stoey of course I had to explain everything and her response oh no we don’t have the chair we don’t do it so it me who suggested that she straightens the issue up with the other stores who referred us back to them.Note this was the last day before the confinment and our last chance probably to take passport pictures before the government provably decides Photo Centers are not essential services. Luckily I kept calling around till I found a phone center in Aylmer who could do it without a chair (the baby can’t sit in a chair yet anyway) crazy day and no one cares to give the right information, bother follow up, or give a straight answer!

It's a small convient place. But the parking is awkward and hard to get out of because of the traffic
