Huge shoutout to Vanessa and Derek, they definitely deserve a raise dude, literally the best customer service I’ve ever received!! Had a terrible day and a terrible week but just coming into the store brightened my mood with these two employees doing their jobs flawlessly. Figured they should at least get some recognition for how great they are!!! (not to mention really good at upselling products)

Had fantastic service at the Whiteoaks location tonight. 3 young girls wanted crocs and the store associate could not have been more helpful and kind. We also had to do a return and an exchange. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently. We will be back.

I bought a hoodie there at Christmas that turned out to be not so great but more recently (week of May 20/23), I sent my wife in there because she wanted a pair of 6 to 9 hole docs and I remembered seeing them there. Anyway, she went in while I stood out front and she initially had some help but when a group of younger girls came in, she was left standing there feeling ignored. She waited longer than I would have for someone to come back and then just gave up and left. I realize that $260 isn't a lot of money to spend on shoes anymore but I was seriously disappointed with the whole experience and would be pretty unlikely to return. I am sure we can find them downtown as well as some socks appropriate for those boots.

The staff member who assisted us today was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, great sales techniques, lots of suggestions, super relatable, funny too. Brought out extra pairs of shoes to try on thinking we’d like them, we loved them and bought them too!

I had a great time shopping here today. I had gone to several shoe stores looking for a simple white ankle runner to wear with dresses. Every store I went to every one ignored me. Hit this beauty and the manager Derek ( forgive me Texas if I’m wrong I do have brain damage) cracked a joke and I knew instantly I was going to find the shoe I had been searching for. Or at least I would enjoy trying to find it. Long story short they were great. Brought me 4 styles try and even helped me make the decision I’m happiest with when I couldn’t make one. And I am really happy . They look great with all my dresses. I will be back when I ruin all my other shoes this summer with my malarkey

the aesthetic set up the store has to offer! I simply loved it!! I’ve been there twice to buy myself boots and some comfy clothes and I’ve never had a bad impression. I’d recommend if you need to buy quality outfits!

Went in today purely to just look around. I ended up speaking with Alannah there about how I was interested in some shoes that may be a little different instead of blending in with the crowd. She pointed out some olive green pumas that would work with my style. I love them. Thank you, Alannah, for your help
