Pantene Nails

Took my mother in law, and had a positive experience. Thx!I've also taken my neice, and she absolutely loved the whole thing.

Had a mani /pedi recently. They were friendly, chatty and even when I went back the next day bcuz I didnt like my toe polish, they did a repolish for free! I was surprised! That was awesome! I say 4 stars bcuz customer service could go up. But I know they do their best. Its a busy place.

I went there for manicure and French polish. She is not able to do it and always in rush. After 2 days my polish became terrible, partially white colors occurred on my nails interestingly.I kindly asked her to do it again but first she refused to redo it however she had to. When I’m done with the second time before it gets dry she wanted me to go out, she was taking my stuff and trying to put in my bag by force and wanted me to wait outside.She is sooo rude!I don’t recommend anyone to go there, you will not be satisfied and see smiling face!

I was recommended by my friend and I got my nails done a month+ ago by Lily.It was growing out and I wanted to get them done before Christmas. When I called them and left a voicemail, they instantly called me back and I was able to see Lily on Saturday.I was able to change my time with ease and the staff there was very accomdating.When I asked Lily what color I should pick, she took the time to show my which nail color would match my skin tone and my nails looks amazing thanks to her.The nails lasted for more than a month and did not chip or peeled off.Here is the before and after pictures below.Also, the price you pay for is amazing... And the speed and efficiency also exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend for friends who needs a place to get your nails done in Burnaby

I am So impressed with this spot. It has been there for years, I’ve passed by them thousands of times and so one day I decided to get a pedicure and it was the BEST pedicure I have Ever had!! And I am one to be extremely critical and I left more than satisfied!! Thanks Ladies!!

We had decided to go to Pantene nails because a family member recommended them but this was the worst pedicure experience my sisters and i have ever had. We had made an appointment for 3 pedicures. As soon as we had walked in the door they were rude and snappy. They sat all three of us at the chairs that were available. And then they had started on my sisters and had left me sitting there for almost half an hour. When i finally thought someone was coming to help me, she got me up and made me move chairs and sat the next appointment (which was a half hour after ours) down and started to work on her. Both of my sisters were done by the time they had even started my nails. As she dug at one of my toes, hurting me and making me bleed, she snapped at me to relax. She left both my big toes as well as one of my sisters red and sore. They were not personable, professional or polite in any way what so ever. Neither my sisters or i would ever go back there… even if they paid us.

l had a horrible experience here, just because i missed an appointment by 30 mins because of an emergency they didnt even want give me service after I went by to tell them my situation. They were closing by 7pm today I went there at 4;14pm the salon had one costumer being tend to but yet she turn me down. very bad an unreliable costumer services thank God there are a lot of other salon around here or else pantene had screwed me to goin to my service ward ceremony with ugly nails.

Best manicure I've ever had! I went here on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm so glad I did. The ladies there are super friendly, and very through and hygienic. I'll definitely be back!
