So I ordered through the KFC on line app as Uber had 45 min wait for delivery,then KFC they called me and asked if I'd like my order earlier as the app said it would take till 8:26. I said yes I'd like it as soon as possible as that's why I didn't use Uber.Well after about an hour I called and asked what's going on and the lady said the the driver had not shown up yet. So I said okay and asked if it was going to be much longer and if my food was going to be cold? She assured me that it will be packed fresh when driver shows up and it will be hot at time of delivery. Oh and the delivery would be in half hour.Reasons for only giving one star1~ when my food showed up it had been 1hour 25min2~The driver said that he picked up the order 45min ago (15min before I was told that the driver had not shown up yet)3~ We ordered 2 orders of 6 chicken strips for a total of 12 and there was only 104~ we ordered 2 large (family size) orders of fries and and they were crushed and mushy.5~ we ordered gravy for the fries and that tasted good but we had to microwave it as it was cold.6~ ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD.I CALLED AND TRIED TO TALK TO THE LADY AGAIN TO SEE WHAT SHE WOULD DO AS AFTER SPENDING 50.00 ON 12 CHICKEN STRIPS (ONLY GETTING 10) AND 2 ORDERS OF FRIES THAT WERE SQUISHED AND AND A ORDER OF COLD GRAVY AND ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS THATS KIND OF HOW IT GOES WHEN YOU ORDER TAKE OUT. SO I SAID WHEN I ORDER DELIVERY I SHOULD EXPECT IT TO TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF AND TO HAVE ITEMS MISSING AND FOR IT TO BE COLD? I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER SHE SAID SHE IS THE MANAGER SO I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR SHE SAID SHE DONT HAVE ONE. I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN TOMORROW AS WELL AS CONTACTING THE FRANCHISE.

Spent $80.00 for supper for four and the chicken was overcooked, dried out and tasted rancid. I believe the oil was very old and dirty which made the chicken inedible. You could tell just by looking at the chicken that is was overcooked but they served it anyway. Won’t be going back for a long time - if ever.

I'm really surprised at all the negative reviews for this kfc. I have been through the drive-thru at dinner time twice over the past month or so, and I have been served incredibly quickly. The first time there were 2 or 3 cars ahead of me and I still got my order and was on my way in about 2 or 3 minutes. The second time there was someone pulling away as I drove up and I basically paid and was handed the food and was on my way. The order has been accurate and the food very good and well-cooked.

I give food 5 stars. Everytime I go there ask for the extra crispy chicken and it's always freshly made. Always freshly made fries. The employees at this location makes sure to understand your order and assist for best options for what you have asked. Location is perfect as no homeless around the area. Well maintained location.Have been a loyal customer since 2020. Will continue to go here.

I don't always eat at KFC but when I do, it's always the same feeling of satisfaction with their very delicious chicken.Nothing beats the original flavor of KFC; crispy skin and tender meat on the inside. Hot sauce is to die for!I also find their brownies tasty and has the right amount of sweetness. If you are craving for delicious chicken head to KFC and you won't be disappointed.Plus the staff there, especially the KFC near our area, are always very polite and pleasant. They look relaxed and not at all stressed. They always great the people with a smiling face. You'll always feel welcome there.I'll always be a fan of KFC.
