We just had a water softener installed a few days ago and could not be happier! We just moved to the area and quickly realized how much damage the very hard water was doing to our appliances - even in a few short weeks.We were very happy with the service that WaterSmart provided - very quick replies to all of our emails and excellent service during the installation! When we needed a new water softener, Greg at Water Smart was very informative and, without any pressure, helped us make the right decisions for our situation. The new water softener was delivered and installed by a plumber within a week. The plumber showed us how to program and use the new softener and patiently answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend Water Smart.

We had Watersmart systems replace a main water shut off valve and replace an old water softener. They handled everything from start to finish exactly as promised. They contacted the city directly to shut off the water as needed and were on time and prompt with the install. Technician was professional and did a great job with the install. The completed project is perfect, I would highly recommend using Watersmart Systems and Plumbing!

I called WaterSmart Waterloo on Friday, because the resin tank in my old softener had cracked. Not good. It is now Monday, and they just installed a new Tahoe water softener system in just over an hour. The technician was on time, courteous, efficient, tidy (he left nary a trace!) and explained the system to me. The new softener is quiet and as it's a dry brine system, I expect far less salt consumption. I wish the rest of my life were this easy and efficient! I highly recommend this company!

I had a Tahoe water softener installed 6 months ago, and it's been working very well - we are amazed at how soft the local water can get, with a good softener. Our salt usage is way down from our old unit, as well. Service and communication were prompt and professional. I emailed with a follow-up question and that was dealt with quickly as well. Definitely recommend.

I liked that when I called I was quoted a price straight up, unlike the first two places I called who said someone would have to come to my house give a quote. Greg was friendly, his price reasonable and my water softener was installed three days later. It took less than an hour for the installation. There was no mess, my water is nice & soft (I use test strips), and I’m quite pleased with this company.

Paul recently came to replace our water softener and did a fantastic job. He was prompt, forewarned me when the water would be turned off and on, and completed the installation within an hour as promised. He removed all of the old equipment and tidied up after the job was done. With the 5 year warranty and the price as quoted, I couldn't be happier. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend WaterSmart Systems & Plumbing!

Visited the show room and was well educated on water softeners and how they work. The price for the unit chosen plus installation was more then fair compared to other providers and quotes. Installation occurred within 3 days, and was professionally done. I will recommend Water Smart to any one looking for a new water softener system.
