I always love Value Village but this store is unique in the sense that it has a lot of antique type things. Great selection of clothes as always!

I’ve donated a handful of times and never get the 20% I use to love coming to value village but it’s hard to justify a ripped t shirt for 15 from George (Walmart) the prices this year alone skyrocketed so much it’s cheaper to get new clothes. Lots of shirts and jackets got stains and rips, with a big price tag. It’s like you made the ur loyalty program to hike the prices upHahhaha good laughs when I go in tho.

I won't give them 5 stars because they took away 20% off your next purchase coupon when you bring in your used items. This place is so greedy. When they get 100% on stuff they get for free they can't give incentives to people who paid money for there stuff and decide to donate it. These people don't do anything good. I hate pure greed. So I just put up with them. I don't go out of my way for this store anymore. I wont donate my stuff here either because I rather it go to some place where their helping people. Shame on you for taking advantage of people and their kindness. Value Village where they don't value you or anything.

The prices here are outrageous for a thrift store, I mean they do know they got this stuff for free right? There’s no point coming here for a deal because I won’t get one. I will not donate here ever again, I’ll give it to another store with more affordable prices for those who need it.

Items are easier to find at this location, cause the inventory, and selections are lower, then other chain stores.Is that a good or bad thing, you can decide.Prices are still higher then many other places, just try your best to bargain hunt.It's expensive because a broom handle is $2 to $3 at dollar stores. The item in the pic is USED! So it's expensive!Change rooms are not in operation, you can't try anything on.If your taking a chance on bringing clothing home, doesn't fit.Why can't you return it? Bad Store Policy" that will drive customers away.Basically this company will not refund money period!!!Store credit and amounts will be put back onto a card

It's not the best one I've been to for women's clothes but decent! Great selection of art. Still mad about change rooms disappearing in VV stores and of course, they're way too over priced. But in a thrifting pinch it does the job.

I have gone to many Value Village stores but the one in Abbotsford was amazing! Not only was the store so well organized and clean, the staff was amazing and so kind! This was also my sister’s first time at Value Village and she was amazed. Special thanks to ‘Terry’ at the jewelry counter, and to the wonderful lady (sorry missed her name) who not only helped at the self checkout but helped put on my bracelet.

Use to really like poking around in Value Village, but the prices are just too high for used, donated items. I find the odd good deal, but certainly not like before.
